Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem obrobny k výrobě součásti hřídelového tvaru. Pro návrh obrobny je potřeba získat informace z výrobního postupu a výkresu. Tyto informace, společně s množstvím vyrobených kusů na rok a norem času pro každou obráběcí operaci, umožní provedení návrhu. V prvním kroku je nutné provést kapacitní propočty, které udají potřebný počet pracovníků, strojů, ručních pracovišť a ploch výrobních i nevýrobních. V návaznosti na to je potřeba na základě zavedené metody uspořádaní strojů provést jejich umístění na výrobní plochu. Kromě výrobních zařízení se v tomto kroku budou umísťovat i různé další aspekty výrobní haly, jako jsou například záchody, šatny, kancelář mistrů, dílny atd. Je nutné zajistit optimální umístění jednotlivých častí výroby za pomoci Sankeyova diagramu, který umožní zobrazení toku materiálu. Ten je potřeba řešit na více úrovních, a to na úrovni meziobjektové dopravy materiálu, mezioperačního přenosu materiálu, technologických operací s materiálem a odpadovým hospodářstvím. Na závěr bude provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení navrhované obrobny. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a machining center for a shaft-shaped component. For the design of the machine shop, it is necessary to obtain information from the production process and the drawing. This information, together with the number of pieces produced per year and the standard time for each machining operation, will allow the design to be carried out. In the first step, it is necessary to carry out capacity calculations, which will give us the necessary number of workers, machines, manual workplaces and production and non-production areas. Following this, it is necessary to place the machines on the production area based on the established method of arranging the machines. In addition to the production equipment, various other aspects of the production hall will also be located in this step, such as toilets, changing rooms, foremen's office, workshops, etc. It is necessary to ensure the optimal location of the individual parts of the production with the help of the Sankey diagram, which will allow us to visualize the material flow. The flow of material needs to be solved at multiple levels, namely inter-object transport of material, inter-operational transfers of material, technological operations with material and waste management. At the end, an economic evaluation of the proposed giant will be carried out.
