Problems of Occupational Safety and Health Protection at work

As a theme for my Master's Thesis I chose the theme of problems which are connected with application of Occupational Safety and Health Protection principles in practice. The aim of the Master's Thesis is to outline possible problems which we could come across while implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Protection policy and to map a major part of important legal enactments covering sphere of Occupational Safety and Health Protection. The Master's Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one. In the theoretical part I at first briefly outline historical development of legal regulation in the Czech Republic then I proceed to a summary and characteristics of the most important contemporary legal enactments whereas I don' t omit an European legal regulation and legal regulation within the framework of International Labour Organisation. Another important part of the theoretical part is devoted to national policy of occupational safety and health protection at work. In the practical part I present the Occupational Safety and Health Protection problematic in practice and I focus on training, analysis and risk classification and formation of risk register in company Hella Autotechnik, s.r.o.
Wages Accounting

This thesis deals with wages accounting. It presents overview of all legal norms, which are used in the wage area. The output of this work is making a survey of calculating various types of wages, wage allowances, deductions, etc. In a separate chapter describes how to calculate wages in a particular company.
Working hours and rest period

Working hours and rest period are concepts which every working person encounters almost every day. Therefore they are so important for our lives. The object of this bachelor's thesis is summarization of legal provisions concerning working hours and rest period in the Czech republic and evaluation the application of these legal regulations in practise. This bachelor's thesis should especially judge whether legal regulations are formulated in accordance with needs of labour law parties or these legal provisions should be modified, left out or completed.
The wage problems from the accounting and tax point of view

The main topic of my thesis is the wage problems from the accounting and tax point of view. First I summarize labour law relations and the arrangements performed outside of the employment contract. A large part of this thesis is devoted to payroll matters, namely providing and paying wages. The next chapter deals with the problems of health insurance and social insurance. The following chapter is devoted to personal income tax and fringe benefits valid until 1.1.2011. The individual chapters provide examples for better understanding. In conclusion I try to describe the methods of calculating wages. My intention is to bring the main principles of wage problems closer to the extensive area of laws and to provide easier orientation in payroll accounting and the conditions of legal regulations in the Czech Republic
Informing employees about terms and conditions of employment contract

The bachelor thesis examines the situation of the statutory obligation to inform about terms and conditions of employment contract regarding both its development and its current legislative state with practical compliance. It analyzes in detail the emergence of this obligation and follows its evolution in the legislative norms. It also includes a summary of points about which the employee should be informed in connection with the creation of employment and a dividing of these according to the statutory announcement time. In the practical part are described the results of work inspections conducted in 2010 focused on the aforesaid obligation. The issue of breaches of the obligation to inform about terms and conditions of employment contract is examined in a questionnaire survey too. Finally also an outline of options solving the non-compliance and circumvention of this obligation is included in the conclusion.
Analysis of the employee Benefits in Specific Organization

The main subject of my Bachelor's Thesis called "Analysis of employee Benefits in Specific Organization" is to analyze system of employee benefits used in company RWE Transgas, a. s. in 2010. Theoretical part will specify basic terms in general, which are important to cope with this issue. There will be especially importance, division, risks and trends in benefits. In practical part the analysis of employee benefits in specific joint-stock company is made. Part of this analysis is survey done by questionnaire to verify preferences of employee benefits between selected employees. Results of research will be compared with current trend in provision benefits and nationwide research done by company Robert Half International. By results provided some new employee benefits will be suggested to organization to motivate employees and to give tax advantages to organization.
Analysis of the "Švarc system" in small and medium-sized enterprises

Bachelor's thesis describes the problem of "Švarc system" in small enterprise in the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on main advantages and disadvantages of this type of employment from the point of view of employers and also employees. This work provides information about components of wages, social security and taxation of personal income. Bachelor's thesis includes recommendations for companies and employees, who would consider this type of employment.
Internal Regulations, Organizational Rules and Instructions of the Employer, their Meaning and Enforceability

The thesis deals with the significance and obligations of organizational rules, conditions of employment, internal regulations and directives as a mandatory and required part of the employment relationship and additional employment contracts, contracts of work and work arrangements. The first theoretical part describes sources of labor law, defines subjects of the employment relationship, internal regulations and there is also described possible enforcement of contions of employment. It deals with a workflow of creation of control acts. In the second part there are explained new conditions of employment of an existing company. There are also analyzed conditions of employment of another company and afterwards both conditions of employment are compared. The following methods are used -- descriptive method, legal interpretation, analytical and comparative method. The aim of this thesis is to give the reader an overview about employer's internal regulations and their usefulness.
Employment Policy

The title of my diploma paper is summing up of state employment policy in the Czech Republic, on the current applicable legislation. And it take into account the active employment policy and passive employment policy. The purpose of the paper is to create a compact image of labour market in the Czech Republic. This paper chart unemployment in southern Bohemia, in the Písek region gives to understand that authoress will occupy with the unemployment problems of the Písek region. My survey is based on the data from Labour Market Situation Report from several Bureaus of Labour, data from Czech Statistic Office and Ministry of Labour and Social Issues. The practical part of the theses covers the situation on the labor market in Písek region. The second part of this thesis includes a possible solution for solving unemployment, active employment policy and passive employment policy. This is a sample illustration creation of project design which concentrates on employment support by means of a new requalification program for long-term unemployed people, in the concrete this employment policy of the Písek employment bureau. This one project, the function and principles of the regional and structural politics of the European Union, financed of European Social Fund.

The target of baccalaureate work is to access the basic conception of occupational law, the description of occupational service and questions of occupational contract. The most common way when you establish employment is occupational contract. volition of employee and employer to create employment.We can define it as a bilateral legal act, which is based on an affirmative voluntary act of will employee and employers to create employment. The Labour law plays an important role in our lives. Each one of us is going to become employed one day and is going to enclose occupational contract with his employer. Not everybody understand clearly the contract.The dilemma of the whole process of negotiation or resignation of the contract is very complicated. Nobody should underestimate. The contract of employment should be an agreement of both parties and should contain just those arrangements which comply and can be suited to both subjects.
