Design a training diary for swimmers.

The theme and objective of this work is to propose a training diary intended for the documentation in swimming training. The theme of the theoretical part briefly describes the characteristics and structure of the swimming and swimming performance. Also the history of swimming and its development, in both the world and our country, is described there. Similarly, a general training, its rules and an annual training cycle is discussed there. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with training methods in competitive swimming and its historical development. The research part of this work largely discuss the ways of documentation of the swimming trainings. In particular, it deals with the research training sheet developed by swimming coach Ing . Jaroslav Strnad. Furthermore, there is an analysis of the three training diaries which are currently available on the market. These are examined for their suitability for recording swimming trainings. Finally, there is a suggestion of training sheet provided for swimmers and their training diaries.
The Influence of age, gender and movement activity on the reaction abilities of lower limbs by pubescents

Title: The influence of age, gender and movement activity on the reaction abilities of lower limbs. Objectives: The main objective of this dissertation was to find the reaction abilities of pubescent's (aged 10 - 15years) lower limbs on the basis of age, gender and movement activity. The further aim was to determine the pubescence period (age) when the most noticeable decrease of the visual disjunctive motor response time of lower limbs occurs. Methods: 214 boys and girls aged 10-15 years (157.8 ± 10.8 cm; 47.2 ± 10.7 kg) participated in this research. Simple, choice and disjunctive reaction time of lower limbs was measured through the Fitro Agility Check test. The results processing, including statistical procedures, was carried out using the Matlab (MathWorks, Inc.) programming environment, an IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Three-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc tests (α=0.05) were used to determine the individual parameters connection. Results: With increasing age, year over year, we found important differences and reaction time decreases of all types of reaction speeds. Testing brings to light the fact that the most noticeable decrease of both selection and disjunctive reaction time of lower limbs are between groups of 11 year olds (11.00-11.99) and 12 year olds (12.00-12.99). Title: Ketogenic diet in endurance sports Objectives: The main goal of this work is to define and analyze the concepts of ketogenic diet and endurance. Further analyze the relationship between them. Another, no less important goal is to conduct a systematic literary research from all available sources that deal with this issue and draw conclusion from these individual studies. Methods: Systematic literary research and comparison of literature dealing with the koncept of ketogenic diet in endurance sports. Results: The studies did not show a significant increase in performance during the comparison of a high-fat or ketogenic diet with a high-carbohydrate diet. Marketing research of purchasing behaviour of sportsmen during the Covid-19 pandemics

Title: Marketing research on purchasing behaviour of athletes during Covid-19 pandemic Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to find out, how Covid-19 pandemic affected purchasing behaviour of athletes and their sports activity. It also analyses transfer of purchasing of sports products and transfer of sports activities to the online. Methods: In this bachelor thesis is used a quantitative research method, specifically an electronic method of questioning. Based on its results are compared two periods: one year period before the beginning of illness Covid-19 in the Czech Republic and one year period after the beginning of illness Covid-19 in the Czech Republic. Results: Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, it was described how the purchasing behaviour and sports activity of the respondents changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Detailed results are described in the chapter called Results. The results of this bachelor thesis can help companies adapt their business to this new market situation. Optimalizace daňového zatížení profesionálních sportovců

This Bachelor thesis deals with Czech Republic and The Principality of Monaco professional athletes tax burdens. The thesis optimizes the tax burden in Czech Republic with the help of legislative authorization for once. The option of moving to a tax heaven was chosen as the second possibility. The year of 2015 was chosen as the taxable period. The main goal is to design the greatest tax savings from athletes income. This objective has been met by analyzing sport laws of the Czech Republic tax system, the international treaties on double taxation avoidance, and finally by analyzing Monaco tax regulations. Tax liability of an unnamed Czech athlete in the current Czech Republic conditions as well as after moving to the tax residence in Monaco are calculated in the practical part.

Kryštofová, V. Contributions to the state budget from the income of sportsmen in the Czech Republic and in Germany. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. Bachelor thesis deals with contributions to the state budget from the income of sportsmen in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The main aim of the thesis is define and compare the system of contributions from the income of sportsmen, tax liabilities of the income tax and of the system of social insurance. The theoretical part identifies procedures in connection with the tax liabilities, namely for the group of employers, employees and self-employed people in both countries. The practical part demonstrates tax liabilities of these groups in detected incomes of volleyball players in the Czech Republic and in Germany. Then impacts of contributions are defined on their future pension. Based on comparison, differences are identified and changes and recommendations are suggested.

This bachelor thesis deals with nutrition and drinking regime during physical activity. The main focus of the thesis is on the complete summarization of all components of nourishment for a physically active person on a weight loss diet. The work also summarizes knowledge of foodstuffs and beverages suitable for nourishment and describes risks and impacts of unsuitable foodstuffs and beverages, which affect human health negatively and cause various diseases. The last part of this thesis shows recommended daily nutrition intake and an example of a diet for a woman with a goal of losing 5 kg of weight during 10 weeks.

The topic of this master thesis is the Design of sport wheelchair. The design brings new possibilities in shaping the seat thanks to use new material and manufacturing process. There are use special materials for padding too. The design of the extended rim also offers a new way of gripping wheels. Last but not least, the new design is more concerned with the aesthetic side of the product and works with a simpler and more airy frame. Taxation of profesional sportmen's income Abstract The main objective of this thesis was to design its taxation of the income of professional athletes from the sports activities, especifically in the position of tax residents of the Czech Republic. At the same time, I wanted to point out the inconsistencies that arise between the theoretical and practical solutions to this problém, all in wake of the case-law of the judicial domestic instances and the Court of Justice of the European Union. In this analysis was used the basic division of professional athletes - the athletes in the individual sports and athletes in the collective sports. This work is, together with an introduction and the conclusion, divided into six chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the development of sport as a means of meeting the needs and its importance for the society. The second chapter, in its first part, is about the position of the athlete as a subjekt od legal relations. The following are general passages relating to the income tax of individuals and groups of incomes, of which is the income collected. The Status of individual professional athlete

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of a status of individual professional athlete. This issue seems to be easy to resolve as the legal doctrine unanimously classifies individual professional athletes as self-employed. However, further examination provides more detailed view and illustrates the issue is not as unambiguous as one might assume. Thus the aim of the thesis was to analyse the status and sports activity performance of individual professional athlete both theoretically and practically. The analysis of the sports activity performance of single individual professional athletes points out that their performances are different to a great extent. The sports activity performance of some athletes can be even without any doubt considered as a dependent work in terms of labour law. It results in fact that some of individual professional athletes conducts sports activity as self-employed, some of them are employees and some of them even professional soldiers. Every single legal status is connected with various benefits but also with some difficulties. In addition, according to predominant practice and regardless on the nature of their sports activity performance athletes are free to choose their legal status.
