Handling equipment for printing and laminating machines

The aim of my thesis is the suggestion of options; further the choice of the optimal one and finally, the constructional solution of manipulator designed for the paper transfer into the laminating or varnishing machines from the production of KOMFI LLC The basic conception, main dimensions and basic functional mechanisms of manipulator are solved. All of the calculations and procedures are in accordance with valid norms.

Metodika korektní fotografické reprodukce daguerrotypických obrazů s vlastním zkonstruovaným prototypem reprodukčního zařízení

Obsahem metodiky je praktické použití navrženého reprodukčního zařízení – DaguerroBoxu s příklady korektního užití, aby byl získán co nejvěrnější fotografický obraz z konkrétní daguerrotypie. Postup je podrobně popsán a je demonstrováno jeho využití v běžných podmínkách. Jako optimální řešení se ukázalo fotografování s mobilním osvětlovacím zařízením, které splňuje všechny požadavky (mj. neohrožuje podstatu fotografovaného předmětu a poskytuje kvalitní obrazovou reprodukci), a to za využití současných technologických možností fotografického záznamu. Ukázky práce s prvním provizorním osvětlovacím zařízením a vyhodnocení výsledků jsou výsledným výstupem první fáze. Závěrečným výstupem druhé fáze je návrh konstrukce a pořízení prototypu originálního osvětlovacího zařízení určeného k certifikaci a výrobě.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to create a business valuation based on investment value of GZ Digital Media, a.s. The date of business valuation is on 1 st January 2015 for purpose of hypothetical sale of the majority shareholder´s share. At first, diploma thesis introduces the company itself. After that, the strategic and financial analyses follows. On these analyses is determined whether the assumption of going concern is fulfilled or not. The company is valuated with the DCF entity and industry multiples methods. After that the value of majority shareholder´s share is determined.

This masterś thesis is dividi into two main parts. One is theoretical and the second is practical. Theoretical contains the very basic informations about entrepreneurship and practical contains methodology written in theoretical part. Printaxe.com is solution consisted of online marketplace and generator of ideal customerś products for sell.

This bachelor thesis is focused on theoretical conclusions of implementation a product into production. Text include essential information of engineering management, polygraphy industry and the printing manufacture company. The aplication part of this work is about concrete company and choosen strategy of implementing. Main goal is also to choose basic principles and metodology of implementing product and practical implementation of this principles. As is written in methodology part of this work, main sources for writing were from literature, management of company and my own experiences. Product, which is described and implemented are luxurious business cards created by letterpress printing machine.

Fytoplankton aluviálních tůní

Phytoplankton of alluvial pools at Lužnice alluvium have been investigated by following methodological approaches: seasonal course of phytoplankton in two pools, extensive sampling (quarterly) of 30 pools, and phytoplankton diurnal vertical migration studies in several pools. Prevailing dominance of phytoflagellates, especially Cryptophyceae and Euglenophyceae and low contribution of coccal forms as Chlorococcales and Cyanophyte has been found as a main feature of phytoplankton community. This is caused by poor mixing of water column (large relative depth, wind protectio), where th ecoccal forms sediment out and are outcompeted by motile forms, able to determinate the position within the water column.

Interaction of sperm surface proteins in the reproduction process

Mammalian fertilization includes highly regulated biochemical interactions between complementary molecules located on the surfaces of both gametes as well as those present in the natural environment of the gametes. Boar seminal plasma proteins AQN, AWN spermadhesins and DQH protein that are bound to the sperm at ejaculation play important role in the reproduction process. Binding of sperm to epithelial cells, recognition of gametes and binding of sperm to glycoprotein of zona pellucida are mediated by protein-saccharide interaction, lektin-type interaction. Another type of interaction (protein-protein) participates in the formation of aggregated forms, which seem to be the natural functional forms of seminal plasma proteins. Protein aggregates form the sperm coating layers and their re-modeling in the female reproductive tract is imporatnt for the sperm capacitation and for the primary binding of spermto the ovum.
