Simplified Study of Feasibility of a chosen Plan
Janda, Lukáš ; Pirožek, Petr (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee)
Work processes simplified feasibility study based on methodology of MRR for photovoltaic project on the roof of a factory hall, where they will consume the electricity produced. The work is processed variability of the development of legislative change, contingent upon conditions (for 2010 Act No. 180/2005 Coll., 2011 an amendment to this Act). Based on the results we can say that the change of these conditions occurs, in particular to extend the return on such investment.
Simplified Study of Feasibility of a chosen Plan
Kubový, Daniel ; Pirožek, Petr (advisor) ; Pevná, Jana (referee)
The subject of this thesis is to create the simplified feasibility study of two versions of photovoltaic power plants and compare them with each other. Point out the advantages, disadvantages and differences of each version. The aim will be to prove or disprove the sustainability of each version throughout their lifetime at current conditions in the Czech Republic. It will also be taken eye on investment efficiency. Option A have to build solar power plants on the roof of the factory holding. Option B have to build photovoltaic power plant on the meadow. Both versions of solar power plants will have the same power. The electrical energy produced from both versions of solar power plants will be consumed in the manufactory. I deal with methodological approaches in the theoretical part of the issue. In practical part I follow these approaches by creating my own simplified feasibility study.
Vyhodnocení podnikatelského záměru
Kalista, Michal ; Neumaierová, Inka (advisor) ; Plandor, Josef (referee)
This work treats of the evaluation of investment project which is affected by legislative measures introduced by government. Since the investor can not count the measures before the investment therefore this work compares economic results before and after application of legislative changes.
Project of the construction photovoltaic power plant
Mačugová, Radana ; Dvořák, Antonín (advisor) ; Hadrabová, Alena (referee)
The objective of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the profitability of photovoltaic power plant construction project. The introductory part deals with general characteristics of solar energy and its utilization, with the Slovakian and the European legislation in connection with use of renewable energy resources. The practical part deals with solar energy from the perspective of private firm. One particular company is considering about the implementation of photovoltaic power plant. This section begins with the presentation of the private company and evaluation of its preconditions for this planned construction. The thesis also describes planned implementation of the project, namely its preparation, possibilities of obtaining funds, necessary communication with the public agencies, selection of technology and the construction itself. At the end is project evaluated from the point of profitability by selected indicators.
Tax aspects of selected corporate
Kotlaba, Drahomír ; Vančurová, Alena (advisor) ; Finardi, Savina (referee)
The subject of my bachelor thesis is tax duties of a company operating a photovoltaic power plant in the Czech Republic. Firstly, relevant taxes which the company is obliged to pay are identified and the basic parameters of these taxes are also described. Furthermore, tax risks resulting from changes of tax legislation in 2010 in respect of corporate tax (cancelation of tax holiday, specific rules for tax depreciation) and an introduction of a solar levy are also specified.
The Managerial model of an investment project of a PV Plant for international corporate profession
Skopal, Pavel ; Kovář, František (advisor) ; Kislingerová, Eva (referee) ; Pirožek, Petr (referee) ; Majdúchová, Helena (referee)
The implementation of photovoltaic power plants is the result of the collaboration between developers, investors, financing institutions, municipalities and general contractors. Investors make informed decisions based on expert evaluations of financial and nonfinancial criteria of projects. The investor provides equity capital for the project and the bank provides a loan usually in the amount of 70-80% of the total investment cost. The investor looks for the optimal solution for his investment and for the preparation and implementation of the project. To achieve this the investor needs to have a very good understanding of the country specifics where the project is located. During the construction works, outside bodies are part of the undertaking, especially law firms, expert technical supervisors and risk managers. The completed project is then valued using industry-standard methods and it becomes part of the investor's portfolio. New knowledge acquired during the development process is managed and applied to other projects.
Development of photovoltaic power stations in relation to sustainable land management.
ROULOVÁ, Iveta
The Czech Republic underwent in recent years a huge increase in construction of photovoltaic power plants. The aim of this thesis was to identify and evaluate varios photovoltaic power plants in the area of České Budějovice and in the area of municipality of Trhové Sviny in terms of the impact of the buildings on their environment. The selcted photovoltaic power plants werw classifild according to their influence on the surrounding landscape.
Napěťově deformační analýza fotovoltaické elektrárny
Fuis, Vladimír ; Venclík, J. ; Ždímal, P.
The paper presents the results of the analysis of the optimization of the photovoltaic power plant construction with regard to its weight (maximum weight of the plant construction – without photovoltaic panels – must not exceed 50 t) while ensuring that the construction is safe against the plasticity of the construction and the loss of buckling stability of steel rods.
Economic apprasial of using the solar energy on the example of the photovoltaic power plant
Kollerová, Ivona ; Vošta, Milan (advisor) ; Němeček, Petr (referee)
This thesis concerns itself with renewable energy sources as a future alternative to the current dismal situation of fossil sources. From practical point of view deals the thesis with the process of construction of the photovoltaic power plant from the frame of reference of potentional investor. The part of the thesis is also the economic apprasial of the investment in photovoltaic power plant and the calculation of the presumptive rentability of such an investment.
Investment evaluation - Building of photovoltaic power plant
Kosinová, Michaela ; Sieber, Patrik (advisor) ; Hnilica, Jiří (referee)
The thesis deals with the following question: 1. What are the renewable resources? 2. Types of renewable resource. 3. European Union approach to renewable resources: targets 4. Czech Republic approach to renewable resources: targets 5. Investment evaluation: Photovoltaic power plant.
