Properties of whiper motor
Kůta, Aleš ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
Nowadays a need of numerical computations of different tasks in the area of electrical engeneering is still rising. Common denominator of great demands given on a constructor and ecomonization of manifacturing is a requirement of efficiency. It´s necessary to use a characterictics of construction, own fundamentals and unique attributes of product. Application of Finite Element Method is possible solution which accombines abilities and knowledge of user in consecutive to complexity of computatio. This enables a use of the most optimal solution. This thesis describes a principals of Direct-Current motor and its´ special design: Direct Inductor motor with extrinsic excitation (permanent magnests). It presents a operation of wiper motor in consecutive to wiping systém and fulfillment of engeneering standards. It also describes a principles of Finite Element Method in context to basics of simulation program FEMM. Main attention is given to creation of concrete model and to simulation of gauged exercise with wiper motor. Also there is a second simulation of motor, focused to different type of stator excitation. Findings of thesis is a comparation of theese exercises. Consecution of modeling in software environment is described. It compiles gauged excercise and interprets them.

Spálovská, Hana ; Pavlů, Dagmar (advisor) ; Novotná, Irena (referee)
Title: Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Back Schools in Vertebrogenic Syndromes of Low Back Objectives: To compare the effectiveness of particular back schools. The main goals were to prove the successfulness of back schools in patients with vertebrogenic algic syndrome, to find out jobs with the most promising response to back schools and to reveal possible use of back schools in children. Methods: The dissertation has a descriptive-analytical character and was conducted as a literature review. Results: The results showed the effectiveness of the back schools concept in chronic low back pain. The effect was particularly obvious after two-month duration of the programmes. The most promising results were observed in professionals whose lumbar spine is overexerted due to heavy loads lifting or due to daily routines set into ergonomically inconvenient workplace. The back school concept might be used in children as well, who can mainly take advantage of active exercises and correct ergonomics. This dissertation also sums up other physiotherapeutic concepts relating to this subject. Key words: Back school, low back pain, prevention

Gait disorders in Patients with Parkinson's disease
Bulová, Hana ; Zárubová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Valouchová, Petra (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with problems of the Parkinson's disease (PD). It is an incurable neurodegenerative disorder which is caused by degeneration of pigment cells producing dopamine in the substantia nigra. The lack of dopamine impairs regulating activities of the basal ganglia. That leads to manifestation of the typical symptoms of PD. Knowledge survey briefly describes symptoms, diagnostics and treatment for this disease. This paper focuses on neurolocomotor process, movement control and especially gait disorders which occurs in patients with Parkinson's disease. Problems with walking develops subsequently, progressively limiting patients in their daily activities. Because current medications providing little relieve, physiotherapy plays an important role in ameliorating these symptoms. This thesis describes various physiotherapeutic approaches. It emphasizes necessity of regular exercising which is absolutely essential to slow the progression of the disease and its debilitating effects. Practical part of this work focuses on the efficacy of the therapy on one patient. This man has the typical PD symptoms and freezing and hesitation often happens to him. He has no cognitive deficit which may hinder his ability to cooperate with therapist. This part also evaluate impact of the therapy based patient's...

Non-speech Oro-motor Exercises
Šulistová, Monika ; Housarová, Blanka (referee)
The disertation deals with forming a unit view of Oral - Motor Speech Exercises. It ofers and revers to the importace of the motoric skill development in the orafacial area with help of Oral - Motor Speech Exercises, before addresing the articulation remedy proces itself. The latter fact is often neglegted. The speech therapy recovery is failing then, or it gets prematurely terminated. The dissartation is organised in seven chapters. The first two chapters deal with a theoretical delimination of the basic concepts and an analysis into the Czech and overseas technical literature available including a selectrion of therapeutic approaches. The third chapter analyses the anatomy of the orofacial system in speech therapy. The fourth chapter scrutinizes the speech from the point of view of the motoric performance and its control by the central nervous system. The fifth chapter reviews oral - motoric skill development.

Democratic legitimacy of politics: competence to suffrage and logic of election
Vorlíček, Jan ; Buben, Radek (advisor) ; Znoj, Milan (referee)
The aim of this study is to analyze legitimacy of policy. Its fulfillment should emerge from detailed inquiry of the essential sense of social institutions. The work is divided into three chapters therefore. The first chapter deals with law as a basic system of order of social relations. It explains its fundamental social goal (reducing transaction costs of social action) and its influence on the development of civilization. It discusses in detail the property rights as a fundament of any real legal system - both at the legal level and economic level (i.e. how the system of property rights coordinates social activities and allocates scarce resources, how it creates the elite, and when there is a fault efficiency of this process). The second chapter deals with the social obligations which are necessary condition for preservation of law. These obligations are labeled as taxes (as opposed to tributes that basis is not in the obligation to maintain the legal system and are only ransom inherently). Particular attention is paid to the fair distribution of these obligations (tax justice) and also to the impact of taxation on the development of civilization. The last (third) chapter deals with institutional framework of society, i.e. the exercise of public power and public administration (government...

Position and activities of licensed executors
Jaroš, František ; Macková, Alena (advisor) ; Pohl, Tomáš (referee)
Status and activity of private executors The theme of execution and institution of private executors is still very actual nowadays. Partly this is due to enforcement of adjudications by courts lurking in the time when our law provides another possibility to settle a claim by private executors and partly this is caused by last amendments to our legal regulations of executions and executors. One of the important state's tasks besides finding the law between parties which are in dispute is to assure that admission of plaintiff's demand will be realized. The state provides two ways to obtain this claim in Czech Republic. This system is primarily based on the state courts, but inefficiency and disadvantages of this system led in the year 2001 to new legal regulation which brought institution of private executors to our law. Henceforth, everybody can choose how to achieve fulfilment of judgment debt. The new system of private executors is more efficient and flexible, which mean that particular cases are solved out in shorter time with identical or even preferable result as by enforcement of judgment by court. For this reason more and more people avail oneself of the services of private executors. State delegates a part of its authority to executors who exercise the executions as a business activity, so they are...

Effects of Carnitine on Regeneration after Exercise of Healthy People and Patients with Peripheral Arterial Disease
Abstract t· In this thesis we study effect of exogenous aplication of camitine on muscle cells's me- tabolism in healthy subjects and in conditions of peripheral arterial disease. Camitine is commercialy successfull substance thank to its main effect, which is transportation of long chain fatty acid through mitochondria's membrane. The supplementation of the substance can potentially affect metabolism of fat and carbohydrate, eventually accele- rate regeneration after exercise by supplementation of this substance, but...
