Proposal for improvement of the stimulation for employees

My bachelor’s thesis puts forth the proposal for improvement of the stimulation for employees in a company. The first part summarizes current knowledge about motivation, stimulation and its influence to performance. In the second part there is a presentation company and there are analyzed methods which are used for employee’s motivation in described company in actual practice. The final part finds the correct form of stimulative means that should hold present employees, should lead to growth performance in the company and connect individual target with corporate purpose.

It contains proposals that support not only employee satisfaction, but also improve communication and relationships in the workplace. The proposals can also lead to improved opportunities of personal developmentand greater employee motivation.

This Bachelor´s Thesis is concerned with the modern concept of HR: freedom at work. It is a method of leadership, which promotes natural employees engagement. The aim of this thesis is describe, analyse and evaluate the concept. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis, procedures and methods related to this area. Data are predominantly based on the academic literature. The practical part represents examples of liberal companies from practice at home and abroad. There is also analysis of selected processes in the company XYZ, questionnaire, survey evaluation and formulation of recommendations. To achieve the goals of this work, are used these methods: comparison of theory with practise, interviews with employees of liberal companies, interviews with the members of the personnel department and the HR director, analysis of internal documents and questionnaire. The acquisition of this work is description of the procedure, how this concept or part of it use in company XYZ. This procedure is described in the conclusion.

The Master´s Thesis deals with the issue of motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of employees as determinants of work performance. The aim of this Thesis is to analyse the level of motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of employees in a particular insurance-brokerage company, asses the influence of these variables on the work performance and devise recommendations for the company how to optimize the motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of their employees. The first part of the Thesis deals with the terminology of this issue, the second part deals with the analysis of motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of employees based on a survey among the employees. There is also an analysis of dependence of work performance on these variables. At the end of the Thesis there are recommendations that can increase the level of motivation, work satisfaction and engagement of employees of this company.
Psychological Stress and its Importance in the Work Environment

Psychological stress is currently a very topical and discussed matter which is mainly caused by the increasing life expectancy, more hectic time period and the accelerating pace of life that increase the pressure on the individuals. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of psychological stress in general but also focuses on the effect of psychological stress in the work environment and whether the work psychological stress affects work performance, work satisfaction and quality of work of employees. The theoretical part deals with the causes of psychological stress, its sources, effects and coping with it. The empirical part focuses on the custom made inquiry, evaluates and interprets the results and gives possible suggestions and recommendations for an improvement of outcome. The diploma thesis aims to analyze the issue of psychological stress, appreciate its importance in the work environment and verify this fact on those respondents who participated in the research.
Analysis of employees work satisfaction

The content of this bachelor assignment is to identify basic factors of work satisfaction on basis of theoretical findings. Consequently, analysis of work sarisfaction was performed in a factual company -- Slevarna a modelarna Nove Ransko, s.r.o. (Foundry and modelar works Nove Ransko, Ltd.) with an aim to identify factors of work satisfaction there. Improvement assessments are drawn on principles of acquired findings. Suggestion for improvements on the basis of these findings is drawn up to cover work satisfaction and motivation of company employees. Collection of data for the empirical part of this assignment is through a survey with cooperation of company workers. Respondents are questioned of work satisfaction in the following areas: content of work, financial assessment, work conditions, relationship at work place, relationship to company and work's prospect.
The analysis of employees’ motivation and satisfaction in K2 Group

Main target of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of employees' motivation and satisfaction in K2 Group. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with terms such as a motivation, a motive, a stimulation, a stimulus and a relationship of a motivation to a work performance. Further in the theoretical part, the most well-known theories of motivation in twentieth century are mentioned as well as one of the modern views on motivation. Practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of an actual state of satisfaction and motivation in K2 Group that includes four major companies, which are presented in the introduction. To perform the analysis, a questionnaire was used. Respondents were asked about particular parts of their work satisfaction. At the end of the thesis, suggestions to raise employees' satisfaction and to make personal processes more effective are presented. Main target was fulfilled.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the satisfaction and motivation of employees in the company Internet Mall, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of motivation and employee satisfaction, determining the current status and through the factors influencing workers satisfaction identify strengths and weaknesses of the company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation theories, factors of job satisfaction and also deals with the measurement of satisfaction. The practical part includes the analysis of work satisfaction in the company which is based on questionnaire survey. The conclusion provides an overall summary of the situation in the company and solutions to improve the work conditions in the company.
Motivation and Stimulation of Employees of the U Pinkasů Restaurant

The theoretical part of the Master's thesis deals with aspects, which influence job performance of employees. The thesis describes one of the most important parts of job performance, which is the motivation. It is also dealing with some of more or less known motivational theories, which help us to understand the motivation of each person. The thesis does not omit term of stimulation and work satisfaction as well. The background of specific company in tourisms, the U Pinkasů restaurant, is sketched in practical part of the thesis. The motivation of its employees as well as some improvement suggestions are studied close.
