The Picture of France in České slovo in the year 1938 in Confrontation with the French Right-wing Press

L'étude «L'image de la France dans le journal České slovo en 1938 en comparaison avec la presse francaise de droite » concerne la confrontation de plusieurs points de vue sur le probleme de l'alliance de la France et la Tchécoslovaquie. České slovo comme le représentant du gouvernement tchécoslovaque montre la nécessité de la coopération de deux états sur le plan politique, militaire et culturel. Il est pret a fournir ses lecteurs de toutes les proclamations positives du coté francais et il néglige des attaques de la presse de droite. Son choix des articles provenant des journaux francais s'oriente vers le jeu d'ensemble de la France et de la Tchécoslovaquie. Par sa négligence des opinions opposées et par son espoir aux bonnes intentions de Daladier et de Bonnet Ceske slovo crée une illusion d'un allié fort et fidele qui survit jusqu'a Munich. České slovo joue parfaitement son role auxiliaire au président Beneš. Ce journal apporte tous ses discours et il interprete ses opinions et ses attitudes. Il présente meme tous les faits francais favorables par rapport a la Tchécoslovaquie et tres souvent un Francais mentionné dans un article est désigné comme un « grand ami de la Tchécoslovaquie ».

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) - aplikační možnosti v rámci podnikového IS/ICT

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, na kolik se mediální obraz technologie RFID shoduje s jeho reálnými možnostmi. V první části je představena samotná technologie RFID, je zde mimo jiné uvedena krátká historie této technologie, její nejdůležitější technické parametry nebo etické otázky s ní spojené. Ve druhé části jsou popsány předpoklady nasazení, náklady na nasazení, aplikační možnosti a omezení, dále je zde odhad rozšíření RFID v České republice založený na průzkumu trhu. Třetí část se pak zabývá možnostmi implementace této technologie do informačních systémů. Na příkladu řešení od firmy SAP jsou zde ukázány dvě odlišné filozofie začlenění RFID do podnikového informačního systému.

Influence Healthy Life for People Diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus Using Yoga Exercises

Diabetes mellitus type 2 is petting more seriousness, today has been one of the most common disease of civilization. The aim of the Bachelor thesis point out the importace and influence of yoga exercise in health promotion and treatment of diabetes in the elderly age. The theoretical part defines the nature of diabetes, diagnosis, clinical features, complications and the posibility of non ? pharmacological treatment. Futhemore the Bachelor thesis describes the parts of joga, which combines into a coherent and comprehensive system and it has positive effects on body, mind, consciousness and soul. Twelve seniors 60 ? 90 years old, have taken part in six-months intervention program, according to the systém Yoga in Daily Life and Diabetes. Research part is based on analysis and comparison of measured datas presented in the form of tables and graphs, statistical evaluation of the quality of life SF-36, for seniors with diabetes efore and after application of yoga intervention program. This work shows that regular yoga practice is an important partner and effective aid in treatment diabetes type 2 positively influences quality of life for diabetics. All data obtained during the whole program, with the consent of the participants also served for international scientific study of Yoga in Daily Life for Diabetes.

This work is concerning a medial view of the aristocracy in the Czech setting of the 90´th years with regards to historical relations significantly creating this view, which has been distort in many points after the year 1989. So that the aim of the work is to draw the attention to some facts in these consequencies often omitted.

This diploma thesis called The Picture of Presentation of Crosscountry Skiing in Mlada Fronta Dnes and Pravo is about how the picture of Crosscountry Skiing world championships changed in the period, which was the subject of research. ( 26th June 2007- till 31st March 2009). It concentrates on the main characters involved ( e.g head of the organizing committee Kateřina Neumannová, the mayor of Liberec Jiří Kittner, the former head of the organizing committee Roman Kumpost) The main goal of this thesis is to offer the complete picture of an major action of global importance on Czech soil.

"The Image of New Zealand in Czech Press".

The target of the diploma thesis "The Image of New Zealand in Czech Press" is to describe the ways of representation of New Zealand in Czech daily newspaper, namely MF Dnes, Lidové noviny, Hospodá ské noviny and Právo, in 2009. All the 490 articles dealing with the topic of New Zealand have been systematically examined by both quantitative and qualitative content analysis research methods. The quantitative content analysis deals with how the topic is represented among the newspaper mentioned above, measures the time line of its representation during the year and the space dedicated. However, the main concern is to recognize the main topics connected with New Zealand in the articles. The types of news (hard news and soft news) as well as the sources of news are discussed, too. The other subject of this thesis follows the actors and countries related to New Zealand. Next part concentrates on the linguistic analysis and interpretation of statements about this country and their possible positive or negative connotations. The main instrument used for the linguistic analysis has been an interpretation of evaluative expressions, metaphores, metonymias, irony, comparisons and other figures. Edvard Beneš and the Czechoslovakian-German Relations

Práce se zabývá reinterpretací československých dějin zejména podle sudetoněmeckého revizionistického vzoru. Zabývá se tím, kdo ze současných českých autorů tento pokřivený mediální obraz hlásá, na koho tito autoři navazují a do jaké míry se jejich pohled vzdaluje realitě. Protože každý mýtus týkající se Edvarda Beneše a česko(slovensko)-německých vztahů má svůj historický kořen, analyzuje tato práce i historické pozadí první Československé republiky. Ze současných témat se práce zabývá vstupem ČR do EU a novými strategiemi Sudetoněmeckého landsmanšaftu v rámci evropského integračního procesu.
