The Netherlands is well-known for its extreme tolerance for minorities and the government tends to integrate these people into Dutch society through immigration and integration policy. Country does not struggle only with the influx of immigrants, the renewed problem is the leaving their own people. Initially, in a relatively peaceful coexistence of immigrants with residents over time, there have been first manifestations of racial hate, religious wars and conflicts due to cultural differences. As a respond to this situation is emigration of the local population. The government still has to adapt its policy because of the changes in structure of migration to suit both parties.
