Power yoga as a compensation excercises for players selected team sports

Thesis on Power yoga exercise flexibility as compensation for players selected sports games will be dedicated to power yoga and its use as a compensation practice. Power yoga as compensation will be used for floorball players and football players. The main intention is to conclude whether it is power yoga as suitable compensatory exercises flexibility for floorball players and football players. To compare the values obtained from a battery of exercises before and after practice power yoga and conclude that the sport is power yoga beneficial, or vice versa. Furthermore, this work will deal with the influence of power yoga on the overall health of players and points out that the importance of compensation. The theoretical part will be explained and adequately describes the necessary concepts- power yoga, compensation, flexibility, sport games, floorball, football, training, training schedule. In the practical part will be used batteries five selected exercises. The scope of these exercises will be measured before and after practicing power yoga, change how the results will be recorded in both the floorball players and for football players. Then to establish a conclusion whether it was power yoga suitable as compensation for the sport. In the final part will be compared with the results of floorball...

Title: Development of game combinations in ice hockey for older pupils Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to gather informations about the development of game combinations and then create an excercise summary which is specific for offensive game combinations in different areas of the field. It will be a combination of "pass and go". Methods: The first phase of this bachelor thesis will be only theoretical. I will research information from expert literature, which relate to the topic of this bachelor thesis. In the beginning I will focus on sports games, then on ice hockey and then on the game combinations. In another part I will focus on the practical part, in which I will create the excercise and then I will describe these excercise. Teaching sport games in primary schools in the selected region

Aim of the thesis The aim of this study is to gain insight and information about teaching of games on the 2nd grade of elementary schools in Ústí region and in Prague. Methods used To solve this problem, I used a questionnaire that I sent to teachers of physical education in elementary schools. Through questionnaires, I found some differences in the approach to teaching sports games. Results The results of this study can serve as a basis for more extensive research. This bachelor thesis solves optimization and management of the chosen football club through the analyses method. The theoretical part presents general information from the management area, analyses, methods of collecting information and sport. The practical part is focused on the football club FC Kyjov 1919, which is analised from the past to the present in detail. In the proposals part of my thesis, based on collected information from the questionnaire, maneuvered conversation, made self-observations and SWOT analysis were compiled proposals and reccommendation.
Historical development of the rulles of handball\\

The aim of the thesis is to compile the development of handball rules from the beginning of this game up until today. This work contains general characteristics and a history of sporting games, also a history of handball in Czech and in the world and a brief description of other kinds of handball and their rules. Due to the difficulty associated with obtaining the original rules of handball before 1945, the analytical part of this work contains an analysis of the rules from 1945 and further the analysis of the rules from the period beginning in 1974 up to the most current rules from 2010. In order to make the individual rules in the thesis more synoptical they are divided into certain categories. In the syntactical part the changes in these individual rules are described, which influenced the development of the game.
