Comparison of Accounting and Tax aspects of Employee Benefits in Selected Public Entities

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of employee benefits. The theoretical part deals with the meaning of personnel work and provision of benefits according to accounting and tax aspects according to Czech legislation. The analytical part includes the provision of benefits in selected public sector entities in the South Moravian Region. In the design part of the thesis, proposals for changes that would lead to cost optimization are made.
Employee benefits of pedagogical staff of selected schools

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the provision of employee benefits to teaching staff and the use of this area as a human resource management tool for school management. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes knowledge about the issue from the professional literature, defines basic terms and serves as a basis for the following practical part. The empirical part describes the method of setting the goals of the thesis, i.e. describing the use of providing benefits as a human resource management tool from the point of view of the management of selected schools, the methodology of the research and presents the results of the research, including their interpretation and discussion. Qualitative research was carried out at three selected secondary schools in Prague, using semi-structured interviews with school principals and a subsequent questionnaire among the pedagogical staff of the given schools. The result of the research is an answer to the research questions, i.e. how the management of selected schools uses employee benefits as a human resources management tool, what benefits are offered to the teachers at selected schools and which benefits are the most popular among teachers at selected schools. The thesis deals with the satisfaction, motivation and remuneration of a selected part of employees in the chosen company.. The theoretical part of the thesis, based on a literature search, deals with basic concepts and approaches related to the issue. In the practical part, the company is introduced, the current situation is described and data collection in the form of a questionnaire survey and an interview is carried out. After evaluating the results, the proposal section suggests measures and recommendations for changes in the current remuneration system and motivation that will lead to increased satisfaction of a selected part of the company's employees.
Tax Optimization of Employee Benefits in a Selected Company

The thesis "Tax optimization of employee benefits in a selected company" deals with the issue of employee benefits in the Czech Republic and their tax aspects. The issue of employee benefits is an important part of employee remuneration and serves as an important motivational element. The aim of the thesis is to assess the impact of employee benefits on the employer's income tax. The thesis first focuses on the description and sorting of employee benefits and their legislative regulation in the Czech Republic. The most used benefits are analysed from the point of view of the impact on the income tax of natural and legal persons on the part of the employee and the employer. The described theory is applied to the selected company. Based on the analysis of the current system of benefits provided and the conducted questionnaire survey are suggested changes in the system of benefits with a focus on tax optimization. In conclusion, the impact of these suggestions on company costs and income tax is evaluated. This thesis will be valuable to employers, employees, and tax professionals seeking to reduce tax liabilities and improve the efficiency of employee benefit programs.

This bachelor thesis is focused on compensation system matters in the company. The first part contains a review of literature that more approached the issues of compensation in greater detail. Literary Review explains basic concepts such as compensation, salary and employee benefits. The second part focuses on the ana-lysis of the compensation system in the company XY. To identify strength and weakness of compensation system, a survey was conductied amonngs a target group using a questionnnaire amongs employees a and operatos. The weaknes-ses were defined as: W1 insufficient employee benefits, W2 sales contests, W3 absence of progression of wages and W4 absence of "sick days". The strengths of the company included: S1 recruitment bonus, S2 DNK program, S3 basic time wage rate, and S4 performance rate. After evaluation analysis, proposals were forwar-ded to management for their consideration.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis called "Comparison of evaluation and motivation of civil servants versus employees in the business sector" was to find out how employees in both compared sectors are motivated to perform better, what employee benefits belong to them, how their remuneration is set and how overall evaluates their working conditions. The literature search defines the basic con-cepts of motivation, remuneration and employee benefits. The analytical part analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey and then makes recommendations that should lead to the correction of the identified shortcomings.

Diploma thesis deals with a system of employee benefits focusing on the tax consequences to the employee as well as the employer. The goal of the thesis is to propose changes in current systems of employee benefits in the selected com-panies of agriculture. The theoretical part is focused on the basic concepts of employee benefits. The practical part deals with the system of employee benefits in individual companies on the basic of the company internal data. Furthermore, this section discusses the questionnaire survey, which was conducted in all the companies surveyed evaluated the research questions that arise from this survey. The end of thesis suggested the potential changes a in current systems of employee bene-fits based on the results of the questionnaire survey. The main proposed change for all companies to improve the awareness of employees and to ensure better accounting of costs to the individual employee benefits.

The theoretical part contains basic definitions related to human resources and management. Definition of employee benefits, characteristics of employee benefits and classification of employee benefits. This information is taken from professional works from Czech and foreign authors that are listed in bibliography. The main part is focused on specific companies. There is a description of each company, number of employees, and information about employee benefits, which are provided by the company. At the end of this chapter there are questionnaires that were sent out to employees of financial institutions. There are also some proposals, to improve the system of employee benefits, which are also included.
