Diplomová práce se zabývá spokojeností, motivací a odměňováním vybrané části zaměstnanců ve zvolené společnosti. Teoretická část práce se na základě literární rešerše věnuje základním pojmům a přístupům týkajících se dané problematiky. V praktické části je představena společnost, popsána aktuální situace a proveden sběr dat formou dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru. Po vyhodnocení výsledků jsou v návrhové části navržena opatření a doporučení na změny v současném systému odměňování a motivace, které povedou ke zvýšení spokojenosti vybrané části zaměstnanců ve společnosti. The thesis deals with the satisfaction, motivation and remuneration of a selected part of employees in the chosen company.. The theoretical part of the thesis, based on a literature search, deals with basic concepts and approaches related to the issue. In the practical part, the company is introduced, the current situation is described and data collection in the form of a questionnaire survey and an interview is carried out. After evaluating the results, the proposal section suggests measures and recommendations for changes in the current remuneration system and motivation that will lead to increased satisfaction of a selected part of the company's employees.
