Development and transformation of Czech kindergartens between 1990 and 2012

The thesis on "Development and transformation of Czech kindergartens between 1990 and 2012" maps and analyzes proposals for change and the actual changes that have taken place over 22 years in pre-school education. Czech kindergarten passed in the period changes in several areas. In legislation were an important milestone edition of the Education Act (2004) and the framework education programme for pre-school education (2004). After 1990 there was a change of philosophy of viewing a child and its development - a personality-oriented model of pre-school education began to be applied. Transformed were the objectives for pre-school education and training and also the curriculum changed. The questionnaire survey in the practical part of this thesis investigates the view of kindergarten teachers to changes in pre-school practice in the period. The respondents perceive the change, especially in larger freedom in the planning and implementation of educational activities and the emphasis on child development. Teachers endorse the better equipped schools and a wide range of training possibilities for teachers. Conversely, teachers negatively value high class occupancy and financial evaluation of teachers.
Level of the basic motor skills in preschool age and different movement programm

This thesis includes theoretical part about movement, physical activity, physical abilities and skills. It describes body growing and motor development of preschool age children. The practical part is focused on results processing of anthropometric measurements and motorial tests regard to the various movement mode.

PhDr. Lea Květoňová, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: This work deals with a special-pedagogical care of preschool age children, suffering from functional disorders of vision. The first part of the work is devoted to preschool age children, their ontogenetic development and physiological development of vision. Other chapters describe the functional visual disorders including strabism and amblyopia. The main part is devoted to remedies of the binocular vision defects and furthermore to a special pleoptical- orthoptic exercises. This part also functions as a source of activities and ideas for working with children either at home or at school environment. Stimulation of Graphomotoric Development of Pre-School Children

The thesis is focused on the description, monitoring and stimulation graphomotorics development of preschool children. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the development of the individual in preschoolers, hygiene and work habits which are important for graphomotorical development. It also discusses the development of graphomotorics and drawings. It also includes a description of graphomotor difficulties and subsequently programs that help stimulate graphomotorics development. The practical part consists of a qualitative research whose objective is to monitor a description of the effect graphomotoric stimulation in children attending a particular graphomotorical course. There is monitored the status and then move of seven children in selected areas before the course and after the course in the form of published case studies.
Development of cooperation between family and nursery school

This thesis deals with the forms of cooperation between parents and nursery school. The theoretical part focuses on family and school as educational institutions, their definition, historical development and the related current trends in cooperation between them. It defines the forms of cooperation in the core curriculum and is looking for inspiring elements of this strategy and cooperation in innovative educational programs, "Step by Step" and "Health Promoting Schools" The empiric part presents the research that focuses on development cooperation nursery schools and families. The research was conducted at the Prague kindergarten Šestajovická. Inform the process of improving cooperation based on innovative teaching programs, "Step by Step" and "Health Promoting Schools"
Influence nursery school over child

The objective of this Bachelor's Thesis is to determine the influence of nursery school for our children. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I deal with child development, play, education family and with nursery school. In the practical part I find out parents' help in adaptation to kindergarten and how the child improved in skills, abilities and in socialization after starting in kindergarten. The practical part is based upon a quantitative method with questionnaire.
