The proportion of piano at the profiles of future teacher of Music - Music Education
Kistyová, Ľubica ; Poledňák, Ivan (advisor) ; Váňová, Hana (referee) ; Medňanská, Irena (referee)
The author of the thesis entitled " The Share of Piano Playing in Shaping the Future Music Teacher" wants to bring to attention the importance of piano playing in all parts of the musical educational process and its significant role in forming the personality profile of a future music teacher. Without developed piano playing skills, a teacher cannot take a creative part in the musical educational process, attract the children's attention and involve them in creative musical activities. In the connection with the current educational trends (humanistic, poly-aesthetic principles); the demands on teachers are gradually increasing. Teachers are expected to fulfil high professional and personal criteria to be able to perform effectively at contemporary schools, to control the education, where children's spontaneousness and vivacity play a dominant role. That is why, at the beginning of the thesis, the author discusses philosophical points and then deals with the development of a teacher's personality via the prism of piano playing. The thesis also covers psychological bases of personality from the point of view of three systems: biophysiological- motor-neuronal, cognitive and non-cognitive. In them, the author has found a good basis to apply artistic-interpretational principles present in piano playing. Powered...

The Position of the Presidents in Political Systems of Poland, Lithuania and Romania
Javůrek, Petr ; Mlejnek, Josef (advisor) ; Sokol, Petr (referee)
Postavenípresidentů vpolitickém systému Polska, Litvy a Rumunska After the fall of communism in East Central Europe many countries introduced, during the transitional period, the direct election of the president. This represents a solid reason to consider them being semi-presidential, since popular election of the head of state is a main component in all of the definitions of this regime type. The shape of institutions and internal logic of semi-presidentialism differs more or less from presidential or parliametary systems. Alike presidentialism, semi-presidential type of government is also based on dual legitimacy - both executive (at least its part, the president) and legislative are elected by people and can call for democratic legitimity - while parliamentarism is chiefly based on dominance of the legislation and lacks the separation of powers. This diploma work, titled The position o f the presidents in political systelms o f Poland, Lithuania and Romania, tries to underline main aspects of role of the presidents in three East Central European countries. These countries hasve been chosen for several reasons: all of them had at least short historical experience with democracy, adopted the direct election of the president during transfation toward democracy and are similar to each other concerning...

The influence of carp nutrition (Cyprinus carpio) on changes of meat quality
JANOUŠEK, Petr
The aim of this study was based on laboratory analysis of each parameter, an assessment of livestock interventions, current methods and techniques used in fishing enterprises. Experiments carried out on the market carp in ponds in the system Naděj and the hatcheries under the pond Svět where it was used mechanically and cooked cereals. After processing the fish fillets was done by measuring muscle textural profile. The highest average value of the hardness of the fish ponds was measured in control samples (25,008 ? 3,507 kg). Followed by samples of fish that were unprepared food whatsoever triticale (19,530 ? 2,842 kg). Fish feeding whole triticale heat-treated at 100 ° C (9,990 ? 1,506 kg) and heat-treated triticale mashed at 100 ° C (10,031 ? 1,696 kg) showed similar values of stiffness. The highest average value of the hardness of fish hatcheries was measured in samples of fish that were food whatsoever (20,420 ? 1,456 kg). In addition, followed in descending order of fish samples, which posed a triticale cooked at 100 ° C (11,198 ? 3,334 kg) of wheat at 100 ° C (10,286 ? 1,234 kg), barley at 100 ° C (8,564 ? 1,532 kg), and rye at 100 ° C (7,519 ? 1,993 kg).

Prevalence of addictive behavior on Internet and social networks among pupils of selected Primary schools in Prague between 11 to 15 years of age
Duroňová, Šárka ; Vacek, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Vondráčková, Petra (referee)
Annotation: This thesis deals with dependency behaviour and internet addiction among youth between the age of 11 to 15. It is very comnon to use internet as source of information as much as source of fun among this popullation. But the modern problem with internet abuse is definitely recent uprise of numerous social networks. They became an essential part of common teenager's life where everyone can be anyone. The communication has no rules, it is easier and smiley faces are better to express emotions than do it in person. All these things are tempting for young people and make them to sign up to these networks and share thein private lives with almost the whole world. Not that having a profile like this is something wrong, but does it really have to be the main part how to communicate with friends and make new ones? This thesis is supposed to show whether it is really so common for teenagers to use social networks or not. Prevalence of addictive behavior on Internet and social networks among pupils of selected Primary schools in Prague between 11 to 15 years of age AIMS: To describe the behavior of pupils population on the Internet, especially on social networks, to determine the prevalence of addictive behavior in the population of pupils, to identify different forms of dependency potential of different...

Dynamics of digestive enzymes in the gut of ticks \kur{Ixodes ricinus} during blood feeding on the host.
KONVIČKOVÁ, Jitka
Proteolysis of ingested blood proteins is a crucial physiological process in ticks. This thesis focuses on profiling of dynamics of digestive enzymes in the ticks Ixodes ricinus during the course of blood-feeding on the host and during digestive phase after detachment from the host. We have measured the activity of digestive peptidases (using specific fluorescent substrates and inhibitors). The enzyme activities were negligible at the early stage of bloodfeeding than increased dramatically towards the end of the feeding period and dropped down immediately after detachment from the host. The activity of most enzymes increased again during the digestive phase before oviposition of females or metamorphosis of nymphs. The protein level of each peptidase was confirmed by immunolocalization using Western blot analyses.

The study of gamma-ray bursts detected by satellite RHESSI
Řípa, Jakub ; Mészáros, Attila (advisor) ; Karas, Vladimír (referee)
The beginning of the theoretical section of this diploma thesis is pointed to a discovery of the gamma-ray bursts. Then it is pointed to a brief historical summary of the different instruments dedicated to the GRB's field. Because the main aim of this work is the basic analysis and the classifying of the observed gamma-ray bursts by RHESSI solar satellite (which has observed more than 220 GRBs yet), a technical description of this instrument is introduced. It is followed by a part about gamma-ray production mechanisms. In this work there are also mentioned some related gamma-ray sources e.g. SGRs. The theoretical résumé is concluded by the description of the GRB's afterglows and some preferred models of their origins. In the proper study there was done the morphological classifying of the GRB's temporal profiles. Next there was studied the duration distribution with orientation to determine number of the subclasses using lognormal fits and the 2 test. Distribution of the radial distances of the gamma-ray sources can be examined by the log N vs. log P. dependence. The results are properly discussed and compared with the results of the BATSE instrument (including the V/Vmax test). In the final stage of this work, there is argued the dependence between the hardness ratios and the durations.

Upper Turonian and lower Coniacian calcareous nannoplankton stratigraphy in the borehole V 800 Střeleč, Bohemian Cretaceous Basin
Svobodová, Andrea ; Švábenická, Lilian (advisor) ; Ozdínová, Silvia (referee)
Upper Turonian and Lower Coniacian calcareous nannoplankton stratigraphy in the borehole V 800 Střeleč, Bohemian Cretaceous Basin Number of biostratigraphic studies has been performed within the Upper Cretaceous platform sediments of the NW Europe, however, the problem of Turonian-Coniacan boundary has not yet been satisfactorily resolved using available methods in the field of micropaleontology. The proposed thesis has described the species composition of calcareous nannoplankton assemblages in the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin, across the Upper Turonian- Lower Coniacian interval, focusing on the stratigraphically and paleoecologically important species. Seventy-three taxa of calcareous nannofossils in the studied material have been determined and signifiant species have been discussed (Marthasterites furcatus, Kamptnerius magnificus, Lucianorhabdus sp., Braarudosphaera sp., Nannoconus sp., Watznaueria barnesae, Uniplanarius gothicus, Quadrum gartneri, Thoracosphaera operculata). For purposes of this thesis, a suitable material from the V 800 Střeleč borehole, one of the key cretaceous profil in the Český ráj area, was obtained.

Spirituality and life attitudes of human during the pre finem period
Pavelková, Monika ; Soukupová, Tereza (advisor) ; Hříbková, Lenka (referee)
The aim of the thesis is a close examination of spirituality and view of life among people who find themselves in the pre finem period. Spirituality is understood as a relation to sanctity of either religious or irreligious, intrinsic or extrinsic nature. Spirituality turns out to be of significance as a coping strategy, the means by which people come to terms with their illness and proximity to death. In this sense, we focus on the participants' search for the meaning of life, illness and death during the pre finem period. The basis of this thesis stems partly from the H. G. Koenig and K. L. Pargament's theory of religious coping. The belief in life after death, be it literal or symbolic, is understood as a coping strategy as well, with reference to Terror Management Theory or Meaning Management Theory. To evaluate the attitude towards illness and death we use the concept of five stages of grief developed by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross based on her clinical experience, and the theory of Wong, Reker and Gesser, the authors of Death Attitude Profile Revised questionnaire (DAP-R). Eleven patiens from Dobrý Pastýř in Čerčany and Svatý Štepán in Litoměřice hospices participated in the research in April - October 2012. The data of the study were collected using semi-structured interviews and a further...
