Modern marketing communication tools and their use of a particular online store

This Master´s thesis entitled Modern marketing communication tools and their use of a particular online store dedicated to modern methods of promotion on the Internet market of fashion in the Czech Republic, namely the largest of these deals ZOOT.cz. The aim of the work is based on quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate the use of modern tools of marketing communication in the example mentioned internet business when compared with other entities. The theoretical part of this thesis provides a definition of Internet marketing and the entire online environment, as well as a description of various marketing tools along with outlining their modern forms. In the practical part is to analyse these tools with an online shop ZOOT.cz. The main sources of data are the results of a survey from ZOOT called Fashion Report, data from Sklik to new service Retargeting about the effectiveness of its use, as well as the conclusions of individual and group interviews with employees of ZOOT or internal documents online stores on the effectiveness of individual used instruments. The results of these studies show that if companies use modern marketing communication tools, they are still more emphasis on the rapid inclusion of innovations into business activities, providing superior customer service, but also a form of monitoring advertisements for competitors.

The Effect of System of Financial Reporting on Financial Performance of Business Corporation

This thesis deals with the effect of system of financial reporting on financial performance of business corporation. Czech accounting regulations and International financial reporting standards are compared within the framework of system of financial reporting. The effect on financial performance is then analysed through financial analysis. In theoretical-methodological part the terminology, approaches and methods used in individual systems are defined and then comparative analysis is performed. Theoretical definition of financial analysis follows and then basic information about business corporation is mentioned, which begins the practical part. Then financial analysis of the firm is performed whereas data are analysed separately for every system. The purpose of this thesis is to point out different values of indicators of financial analysis coming from differences of analysed systems of financial reporting through concrete business corporation and to explain their cause.

Post-penitentiary treatment and prevention of recidivism

RÉSUMÉ The work presented is a Master thesis completed at the Criminal law department under theLaw faculty of the Charles' University. It deals with recidivism, its causes and prerequisites of its occurrence. Preventive activities in the Czech republic are also a part of this project. Emphasis is put especially ontertiary preventive activities, namely working with people who have commited crime before. Postpenitential care plays an important role here, especially the problems of returning the convicted person into normal life. For synoptic reasons, the text also contains the overview of the Czech legal regulations, especially the standards of the criminal law. The standards of the social security law, which determine the system made by the state for people exposed to social exclusion, are also dealt with here. Apart from the national legislative, the international regulations are also mentioned here, although they are rather informal recommendations of the EU. A special chapter is devoted to Czech prison system. Conditions in Czech jails are described as well as programme set up for dealing with prisoners and also the difficulties of so called exit departments. Utilization of unconventional biomass for energy production

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá netradičními druhy biomasy využitelnými v České republice a Španělsku a jejich srovnáním. V prvních kapitolách jsou popsány netradiční druhy biomasy, mezinárodní projekty, smlouvy a legislativa. V následujích kapitolách je rozbor netradičních druhů biomasy zejména vznikajících z potravinářského průmyslu každé země s detailním rozborem a srovnáním zbytků z průmyslového zpracování slunečnice a oliv. V závěru je uděláno celkové srovnání těchto druhů biomasy České republiky a Španělska z aspektů výkupních cen, výhřevností, vlhkosti a množství popelovin.

the impact of the global economic crisis on international trade of the Czech republic

This thesis addresses the effects of the global economic crisis on the situation in the international trade of the Czech Republic. I focused on exploring the causes of the crisis and its impact on international trade. The chosen problem I solved by using index methods, deduction, induction, and abstraction. Carried out by the research I've found specific effects on the territorial and commodity structure of Czech trade. The main findings are the impact of the crisis on the volume and structure of trade of the Czech Republic from the territorial point of view and according to the classification of SITC.

Tato práce se zabývá poskytováním práv na zachování menšinového jazyka a kultury imigrantským menšinám. Práce se zvláště soustředí na "lingvistická práva", tedy na veřejné vzdělání v menšinovém jazyce a přístup menšiny k většinovému jazyku, právo na vícejazyčné názvy a označení, právo na financování aktivit, které zviditelňují menšinovou kulturu, a právo na použití menšinového jazyka při jednání s úřady. Práce shrnuje úpravu lingvistických práv v mezinárodněprávních dokumentech. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the reader to the topic of international art market, to explain how the art market works and what various forms it can acquire. In addition to this, the thesis points out different art investment opportunities and describes recent development of the art market. The first chapter begins with an explanation of general terms and concepts associated with art. Then follows the art market segmentation and characteristics of the main market players. The second chapter takes into account art's investment potential and consequently examines possible strategies while buying art. It is also dedicated to art investment funds and art price indices. In the last part the attention is focused on art market's development in the last years, its current state and today's trends.

The aim of this work is to perform a competitive analysis of the company ŠKODA a. s. Using strategic analysis and based on the findings suggest recommendations to increase competitiveness. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. It contains basic definitions competition competitiveness and description of tools of strategic analysis. The practical part consists the introduction of the company, analysis of micro and macro environment and analyzes the internal resources of the enterprise. Analysis of the external environment is described by the PEST analysis and Porter´s model 5 competitive forces. The analysis used the company´s strategic analysis of internal resources company. At the conclusion of this work are given the strengths and weaknesses of the company and the recommendation to increase the company´s competitiveness.

The final bachelor theses deal with school activities which are focused on foreign countries. Nowadays an international partnership is a common part of modern schools and the events which are realized in terms of international partnership allow to pupils, teachers and headmasters to get and exchange experience to get better language skills and they lead to the development of many key competences. They influence the whole palette of school subjects and the whole school life. The foreign activities are realized in the form of projects and pupils'exchanges which help to personal development of pupils. At the same time they are demanding for everybody envolved, mainly teachers,regarding time and organization. The teachers are able to use effectively the possibilities of the support of European educational programmes and other institutions.The large and fast development of international school activities is mainly enabled by modern communication technologies which are an effective means of communication and project realization. They are also the target skill where all activities are directed.
