Manipulation in the pedagogical interaction - Teacher as a victim of manipulation
Harder, Petra ; Valenta, Josef (referee) ; Koťa, Jaroslav (referee)
The overwhelming majority of the public has very distorted beliefs about the teaching profession and in addition to that, the public shows the tendency to blame the teachers even for those problems which fall outside the scope of their authority. In spite of the fact that the pedagogical interaction is influenced by many factors and that it never concerns a one-way process, society refuses to admit any joint responsibility in the upbringing and educating of the next generation. Instead of offering a helping hand, the work of almost every teacher is to a large extent made more difficult if not directly wasted by the interference of many external and internal factors, which is reflected in negative way in the entire system of our education. Unless society becomes conscious of how important and challenging the teaching profession is and does not secure better working conditions for all teachers, not only the teachers themselves will be the victims of very dissatisfactory conditions in our educational system, but all participating parties who join the pedagogical interactions.

Importance of nutritional screening in the scope of general nurses
JANÍK, Martin
Current status: Although it was developed and published in many studies pointing to the impact of malnutrition and its relationship to the patient and the economy of the health systems, malnutrition remains a silent guide of hospitalized patients. In the year of 2014, the authors of the study group feedM.E. indicate in their articles the worldwide prevalence of malnutrition as a common and a costly (especially for the elderly). The rate of prevalence of malnutrition in a group of hospitalized patients is around 50%, according to this working group. Objectives: The goal of the project was to describe the methods for screening the patients with nutritional needs interventions by the nurses, the continuity of the care for patients in the risk of malnutrition, transmitting the information about the nutritional status of the patient during his hospitalization and delivery of care to another provider of health services and interdisciplinary co-workers involved in the care of patients in the risk of malnutrition. Methods: The research investigation conducted by the method of the qualitative research. The research subject was the process of detecting malnutrition and continuity of nutritional care for recipients of health services from the perspective of persons providing these services. The research method was chosen a depth interview. The sample of respondents was intentional and the file size was determined by saturation of the collected data. For data processing was used open coding and following categorization of the data which was obtained from interviews. The results were interpreted by using the "showdown". Participants: The request to facilitate the initiation of research has been mostly refused and addressed to the health service providers. Selection of interviewees was intentional by the circle of my former colleagues. With research have expressed their consent five nurses and five dietitians, which are working in the Czech Republic. Results: For identification of patients at the risk of malnutrition, all respondents have described the identification of patients at the risk of malnutrition on admission to the hospital by collecting of nursing history. During the interviews, the respondents have reported the problems both with the absence the reports including detection of patients at the risk of malnutrition from some stations at hospitals, as well as the jurisdictional disputes about the role of the dietitians in patient nutrition at intensive care unit, the complications with material and technical equipment of nursing stations and its applicability for use in specific patients. Also expressed the ignorance of screening tools which are used at the sites of all respondents, including dietitians. The inaccurate ideas of some respondents were in the terms of the skills and the competencies of individual professionals which are involved in the care of patients in the risk of malnutrition. Three nurses of the five indicated that information about the nutritional balance of the patient and their needs should affect the assessment of the patient's overall condition and could lead to changes in the nursing care plan or risk assessment (eg. the risk of pressure ulcers, etc.). Conclusion: The method of providing nutritional care in hospitals, in which respondents are employed, is headed toward pursuing the recommendations of the professional associations. In detail, however, they differ and are often close to the boundaries defined as a legal standards. Breaks are noticeable in continuity of the care, or are put excessive approval procedures, which can lead to delay of required nutritional interventions. Here is a lack of information about the various screening tools and their applicability to the certain groups of patients. Therefore I recommend issuing guidelines by professional society, in the direction of the definition of screening tools and their using in the certain groups of patients, for the healthcare providers in

FLAŠKOVÁ, Veronika
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of ethics in health care, focusing on radiology assistants. Due to the development of many new technologies, means of diagnostics and therapeutic procedures, there is a great focus on the quality of professional expertise considering radiology assistants. However, this profession requires extraordinary abilities such as a delicate approach towards the patient, basic knowledge from the branch of ethics, nursing and communication skills. In the theoretical part, I tried to briefly define concepts of morality, conscience, ethics and ethical theory. Another part of my thesis is focused on fundamental ethical principles, the relationship between ethics and law, deals with ethical codes among health care professions and defines the branch of Radiology Assistance. Although this topic mainly appertains to the branch of ethics, I also focused on the issue of euthanasia in the conclusion of my theoretical part. The main aim of the study was to describe and analyze ethical issues and problems that a radiology assistant has to cope with in his profession and what is the level of general knowledge of the ethics by radiology assistants. Another goal was to determine whether they are adequately prepared for dealing with ethical issues. The empirical part presents the results of the survey, which were processed into the tables and graphs. Questionnaires were distributed among the employees of radiodianostic department, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine. The results show that knowledge of the fundamental ethical principles or codes related to their work is not sufficient. The results also show that the most frequent ethical issues are disruption and disrespect towards the intimacy of the patient, inadequate addressing of the patient and insufficient communication, which is often related to long working hours.

The Notice of Employment The main reason I have chosen this topic for my diploma thesis is that we have to deal with questions of labour law in our everyday lives. Generally speaking it is a common issue and I believe that it is therefore very important to understand it correctly. The notice of employment can bring serious economic and social consequences into the life of every employee and at the same time have an impact on his family members. On the other hand the employers should be able to terminate employment with such employees who are irresponsible or incompetent. Hence, the aim of this thesis is to analyse the regulation of the notice of termination of employment in the legal order of the Czech Republic, explain the essential principles of this regulation and point out various options of its interpretation. KUŘÍMSKÁ, Yvette
Occupational safety and health is a broad area which makes part of a state policy. The aim of OSH is to make a system of rules protecting students gaining working experience, employees and employers. That also applies to students of the study field General Nurse while performing their practical training, thus practice. Students get acquainted with the OSH issues in the first grade of studying in a subject called treating / caring procedures. Before taking up practical training they should be able to follow the OSH rules and understand consequences linked to their non-observance. The aim of this diploma thesis is to chart how the students of the field General Nurse keep the OSH rules and find out students´ knowledge in this area. The empirical part was carried out in a form of quantitative investigation. A questionnaire was used as a method to collect data and was meant for students of the second and third grades of the General Nurse study field. Results were compiled into graphs. Results of survey confirmed that the students keep the OSH rules. However, in the area of personal hygiene they are considerably irresponsible.
