IT support for real estate management

This Bachelor thesis deals with IT support for facility management. The aim is to identify the state of the market for IT support in the area of business that is focused on providing property management services. At the beginning is defined environment and the process model of facility management. The following describes the key processes using the methodology MMABP and adds information needs. In the last part is done a market research in this area. The results can help both novice and medium-sized businesses in property management or housing associations or individual condominium in selecting suitable IT support for the proper functioning .

Family housing decision-making

This thesis is concerned with choosing the best and most real estate mortgage loans for family with children. The family should be chosen property near his residence momentary, then it should be recommended for this property the best mortgage loan. Selecting the property was affected by the demands of all family members and subsequent mortgage loans was selected from the products offered on the Czech market in November 2016. The thesis can be thematically divided into three main parts. The first part includes a literature search, which is divided into two areas. First described methods of multi-criteria decision making, which will be used in the decision making process. Along with these methods includes a literature review and theoretical part of the program area Super Decisions, which will be used in the practical part. Furthermore, theoretically they recognized concepts related to mortgage loans, according to which are then laid down criteria for assessing mortgage loans. The second part contains already a practical perspective on family issues, which therefore includes the selection of the best and most real estate mortgage loan program with the help of Super Decisions. The third part includes a summary of the work and the interpretation of results obtained through the program Super Decisions.

Decision-Making and Process of Housing Financing in the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is describe and analysis decision-making process and housing finance in the Czech Republic. Especially considering the fact of choosing between their own housing, which is often sourced in debt, or rental housing. This option picked up in popularity, especially after 2008, when gradually to reduce the costs associated with debt financing of real estate. The thesis contains terms related to the real estate market, defines housing types and desition making. Then follows the analysis of primary and secundary data and create models.

Apartments rent in Olomouc and the factors influencing them

This diploma thesis examines market rents of flats in the town of Olomouc. It probes the condition of the local real-estate flat rent market and it assesses which factors affect the price the most. That is achieved on the basis of data of realized rents gathered via questionnaire and complemented with the supply real-estate prices. The data are sorted into four categories (1+1 a 1+k, 2+1 a 2+k, 3+1 a 3+k, 4+1 a 4+k) that are mutually compared and analyzed with textual, table and graphic output. In the theoretical part of this work, the research is supported with juridical and economical definitions, which appear on the real-estate flat market. The work then states the specifics of real-estate market and comments on the changes in the new civil code of law. It also gives a brief overview of the basics of the housing policy theory.

Použití DSP96002 pro zpracování a přenos dat v MR tomografii

The application of a DSP96002 digital signal processor in measuring and transferring data, setting the pre-emphasis constants, and communicating with the MR tomograph is described in the paper. The application of the digital signal processor represents a modern approach to real-time processing of MR signals. The objective is to obtain distance communication with the tomograph via the Internet.

Provision of alternative refuse collection for a real estate surrounded by foreign property

The thesis deals with possible ways of drainage and wastewater disposal. The issue of wastewater discharge to the environment has been closely monitored in recent years, and there is an apparent effort to improve the current situation.The dissertation discusses and compares three selected options – access to improved sanitation, building reservoirs and domestic wastewater treatment plant.The final section is dedicated to a comparison of acquisition and operating costs over time and to subsequent evaluation of the most suitable option. For the sake of clarity and assessment of potential solutions, the locality in the administrative area Vysoké Mýto - Domoradice has been selected as a model. The local authorities have been designing a public storm sewer, and given that it is surrounded by land, this issue will need to be addressed.

This bachelor's thesis deals with public auctions of the real estate. The main goal of this thesis is to make a comprehensive survey for a reader about function of the public auctions of the real estates. Basic terms, requisites and documents connected with public auctions of the real estate are included. It covers voluntary and involuntary public auctions. This bachelor's thesis also mentions advantages and disadvantages of this auctions and machinations occurring during the public auctions.

Control of Inverted Pendulum

In this work the identification of an inverted pendulum system is realised. To gain the mathematical model  the second type of Lagrange equation is used. In program Simulink the creation of the nonlinear model from obtained equations and the resulting simulation are realised.  Afterwards the system linearization about an equilibrium point is realised. It is described how to transfer the pendulum from its down position to its up position and how to stabilize it here. For this purpose the proposal of the control by the Quadratic Optimal Controller and PD regulator is made. Since the proposed way of stabilisation of the inverted pendulum is then applied on a real system in  the laboratory of ÚAMT FEKT, the work also contains the description and the analysis of particular parts of the real model. The verification of the simulated and the real model is realised. Next part of the work deals with the system of an dual-inverted-pendulum which is  placed on a cart.
