Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat rozhodování a proces financování bydlení v ČR. Zejména s ohledem na skutečnost volby mezi vlastním bydlením, které je často pořizováno na dluh, nebo nájemním bydlením. Tato volba nabrala na atraktivitě zejména po roce 2008, kdy postupně dochází ke snižování nákladů spojených s dluhovým financováním nemovitosti. Práce vysvětluje teoretické pojmy spojené s bydlením, trhem ne-movitostí, úvěry a rozhodováním. Dále je práce zaměřena na analýzu sekundárních a primárních dat a následné modelování. The aim of this bachelor thesis is describe and analysis decision-making process and housing finance in the Czech Republic. Especially considering the fact of choosing between their own housing, which is often sourced in debt, or rental housing. This option picked up in popularity, especially after 2008, when gradually to reduce the costs associated with debt financing of real estate. The thesis contains terms related to the real estate market, defines housing types and desition making. Then follows the analysis of primary and secundary data and create models.
