The thesis deals with an analysis of information system and follow up designs on improvement of the IS in Enforcement office Brno-venkov company. Basic terms related to information’s systems are explained in the introductory part. The second part is dedicated to the information system concept, its qualities, features and requests. The company where IS is located, the analysis of the information system, elimination of risks and designs on improvement are described in the next part.

This work "Requirements for construction company executive in the knowledge economy" in the theoretical part focused on who is the manager, what should have manager attributes, knowledge, skills and competence. It also features what the manager to perform and what role must hold. In the practical part of the bachelor hypotheses have been set, which I verified the survey in construction companies, design offices, studios, as well as managers themselves. The survey found out requirements that are now placed on managers in construction.

Implementation of the information system

The diploma thesis focuses on analysis of selected company and based on results of the analyses the design, selection and solution’s implementation plan are described. At first the thesis describes theoretical background a keywords of information systems and company analysis. Then the current way of organizing and managing company, requirements on new information system and analyses results are specified. Last chapter of the thesis covers selecting the optimal solution and integrating it to company’s management.

This thesis is focused on requirements analysis of an emergning company and based on this analysis defines requirements for a new information system. Based on the requirements mentioned above and based on market and competition analysis, it studies requirements for a new information system. In the next part, it describes process of creating materieals needed for creating custom made information system. Finally, it describes how to implement the information system.

My master’s thesis is focused on knowledge management. The main point is one of the most important topics now, the knowledge and its management. The introduction of my master’s thesis provides basic definitions from the field of knowledge management, namely data, information and knowledge, and gives definitions of most important factors that influences knowledge management. Thesis gives a survey of current development in information systems and products supporting knowledge management.

Knowledge Data Discovery

This Bachelor work describes knowledge data discovery. There are in detail described methods of data mining in this text. This work is focusing principally on Associative rules method of knowledge data discovery, applying Apriory algorithm. The purpose of this work was to implement chosen method and verify its functionality on particular sample of data. Application is implemented in Java programming language and the sample of data, used for our method, is saved in XML file. Application doesnt work with classic database, but with XML file. Information needed to run the program is loaded from input (system) XML document. Discovered data are saved to system XML document.

Verification of staff qualifications

The subject matter of this diploma thesis is the formation of a method for vocational qualification verification of employees at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. The verification of qualification in the nuclear power plant is necessary considering the necessity of skilled and well-educated staff. Another reason for verification of qualification is adopting of the Atomic Energy Act No. 263/2016 of Coll. of 14th July 2016 and subsequent regulations as the staff is obliged to familiarize with them and prove their knowledge. In the first part of the diploma thesis the attention is dedicated to the general knowledge of human resources education and management respecting specialized literature and electronic resources. Another part of the thesis is focused on the proposed method for vocational qualification verification, its validation at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant and evaluation of current employees’ knowledge.

Knowledge of nurses about the prevention of sudden infant death syndrome

Sudden infant death syndrome is a timeless topic that, although it has been studied in sufficient depth, still represents an unexplained and unanswered problem in medicine. The aim of the work is to bring a comprehensive summary of the issue of sudden infant death syndrome and its prevention and to examine the knowledge of nurses regarding knowledge of this issue and cardiopulmonary resuscitation in infants. Another goal was to compare the level of knowledge found among nurses in selected departments. The bachelor thesis has two parts. The theoretical part is focused on basic information about sudden infant death syndrome, current recommendations regarding prevention and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The practical part includes quantitative research of its own construction in the form of questionnaire survey focused on nurses' knowledge of sudden infant death syndrome, its prevention, and knowledge of first aid in the event of the need to start cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The research survey was carried out in neonatology departments and the results of the questionnaire survey are shown in graphic overviews, the obtained data are statistically processed, and the analysis of the survey results is presented in the discussion. The problematics of the false beginner in French as a foreign language learning/teaching

This thesis will address the special problem of learning and teaching at the level of a false beginner in French. The text will be divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, we will define the specific term of false beginner, furthermore, we will classify it according to the language level in the European Framework of Reference and I will focus on several points of view on this issue. In the theoretical part we will also describe the learning process from the didactic perspective, from the psycholinguistic perspective and from the perspective of the functioning of the two hemispheres of our brain, in other words, from the neurolinguistic perspective. According to these perspectives, we suggest several types of exercises, games and various other activities that could be beneficial for a false beginner. In the practical part, I then analyse data from my survey, which focuses on students of French language courses at the "false beginner" level and professionals in the Czech Republic and in France.
