Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu vybrané společnosti a na základě provedené analýzy návrhem, výběrem a implementací informačního systému. Diplomová práce nejprve vysvětluje teoretická východiska a klíčové pojmy pro výběr informačního systému a analýzu společnosti. Následně popisuje současný stav řízení společnosti, požadavky na informační systém a výsledky analýz. Na základě výsledků analýz a požadavků společnosti dojde k výběru konkrétního řešení a jeho integraci. The diploma thesis focuses on analysis of selected company and based on results of the analyses the design, selection and solution’s implementation plan are described. At first the thesis describes theoretical background a keywords of information systems and company analysis. Then the current way of organizing and managing company, requirements on new information system and analyses results are specified. Last chapter of the thesis covers selecting the optimal solution and integrating it to company’s management.
