Professional support of the teacher in providing experiential courses

The work deals with the topic of professional support of the teacher, while providing an experiential course. The aim of the thesis is to present selected possibilities of professional support for experiential pedagogues. Subsequently, a comparison with the practice of how to work with the methods in the Holiday School Lipnice. Within the work, the terms experiential pedagogy, pedagogue's personality, professional support and Lipnice Holiday School are described in more detail.
What is motivation for participating at long distance marches which is active form of spending time in the Czech republic.

The thesis describes participations' motivation for walking long distance marches as a form of spending the free time. The research is made by six deep non-structure interviews. Each research participant had to participate in the march actively. The goal of the thesis is to reveal an individual motivation of participation in long distance marches, which are gone by participants in their leisure time. Drill and recovery is also part of this thesis. Challenge and experience is the most power motivation as the thesis revealed.
Experience pedagogy as an educational tool in museum programs

The Bachelor thesis called Motivation to Lecture Courses in (Not Just) Experiential Education is aimed at mapping the motivation of experiential pedagogy lecturers to conduct the course. The aim of the work is to examine what motives lead individuals to teach experiential pedagogy courses. The theoretical section defines basic concepts - experiential pedagogy, lecturer of the course of experiential pedagogy, motivation. In the practical part, the motives leading the individual to lead the lecturer in experiential courses are mapped using semi-structured interviews.
The influence of experiential education to their participants

The thesis deals with the influence of the various forms of experiential education on its participants. The theoretical part describes the basic terms of experiential education, its development, goals, forms, and principles. The empirical part consists of the qualitative research based on an observation method and a semi-structured interview whose aim was to analyse whether, and if so how, the experiential education used in the authorial project Saan influences its participants. The main aim of the thesis was to evaluate in what way are the participants influenced by the experiential education and then to compare this theoretical knowledge with the conducted research.
Experiential education and its place in the educational and curriculum program at secondary school

The topic of the diploma thesis is experiential pedagogy and its place in the educational programme of secondary schools. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of experiential pedagogy, the educational process, teaching strategies of experiential pedagogy, types and prevention of risky behaviour. The research part is focused on creating and subsequent implementation of an experiential adaptation course. The survey involved 139 respondents from group 1 and 232 respondents in group 2. Data were collected using a modified version of the B-3 questionnaire. The aim of the research was to find out whether the experiential adaptation course influences the perception of one's own position in the classroom, the quality of the team and the perception of feelings of security, friendship, cooperation, trust and tolerance. The hypotheses focused on class position and team quality were not confirmed, there was no significant difference between the compared groups. On the contrary, the hypothesis focused on feelings in the classroom was statistically confirmed. The research study showed that the experiential adaptation course mainly affects feelings in the classroom.
Experiential education prevention to care for abandoned animals

This bachelor thesis deals with prevention in the care of abandoned animals in the form of experience. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to observe and evaluate the annual operation of the City shelter for abandoned and found animals in Jihlava. Another task was to design and realize experience-based preventive program for primary school pupils in a shelter in Jihlava. Initially, the work describes and characterizes dog, then there are explained the steps that have to be followed when someone finds an abandoned animal and there are also conditions of adopting dog from the shelter. The bachelor thesis mentions what is related to the concept of experience pedagogy and also presents some basic principles for safe contact between children and a dog.
Advantages and disadvantages of the animation program at outdoor school

This work focuses on the issue of animation program in outdoor schools, its advantages and disadvantages for teachers. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the concept of school stay in nature and related experiential pedagogy and nature education. It also deals with legislation associated with the responsibility of school and teachers when students stay in nature. The work deals with the animation program, its organization, directions and importance. It analyzes the pedagogical psychological aspects of the animation program. It briefly describes the child in a foreign environment, his motivation and personal development in a foreign environment. The empirical part monitors the advantages and disadvantages of the animation program, expectations and benefits for teachers, students and their team. The interview also discusses the climate in the classroom and raises the issue of early interventions in the field of bullying. The main goal of my diploma thesis is to find out what advantages and disadvantages the animation program at the school in nature represents. Analysis of Games with selected educational potentional of experience for schools

The presented diploma thesis deals with the use of the potential of experiential learning in the context of teaching at lower secondary schools. The theoretical part makes for the starting point of the practical part. It is devoted to the description of the basic pillars of experiential learning and the specific needs of pupils in the period of pubescence from the perspective of developmental psychology. The aim of the analysis processed in the practical part of the thesis is to select games from 29 issues of the Gymnasion magazine that meet the established criteria related to the principles of Experiential learning, the specifics of work with the educational category of lower secondary school-age and selected areas of the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. The findings include 33 selected games, 15 of which are adapted in the form of didactic cards, which are available for teachers of Citizenship education.
