Recognizing of the gesture, based on data from accelerometer, used to control a car model

This project deals with the usage of development kit Chronos ez430 to demonstrate fundamental movements based on the recognition of gestures. Recognition of basic gestures for movements (forward, stop, backwards and turning) is the fundamental part of the work which is based on formulating algorithm. The formulating of algorithm for data processing runs under Matlab/Simulink. The algorithm is converted into the C language and with the help of Code Composer Studio is integrated into kit Chronos ez430.
New Generation of Open-Source Tool Stranger Strings

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je opísať vývoj webovej aplikácie s názvom Stranger Strings. Projekt si ponechal svoje meno po internom firemnom nástroji, avšak vo všetkom ostatnom prešiel kompletnými zmenami. Účel Stranger Strings sa pozmenil, kód bol od základu prepísaný a celý projekt bol zmenený na open-source. Rovnako bolo redizajnované aj užívateľské prostredie za účelom rozšírenia cieľovej skupiny užívateľov. Táto práca podrobne popisuje tento proces a tiež vysvetľuje, akú úlohu zohralo užívateľské testovanie pri identifikácii hlavných problémov aplikácie. Výsledkom tejto práce je open-source nástroj na analýzu lokalizácie, ktorý pomáha užívateľom zlepšovať jej kvalitu.
Structured-light 3D scanner

3D scanner is a device capable of creating a model using analysis, most commonly from image data. 3D scanners could be divided into two major groups, contact and noncontact scanners. Aim of this study is to interpret problematics of 3D scanning with structured light. Specifically usage of Gray code patterns. There is step by step evaluation of individual hardware and software obstacles and possible errors, from calibration to final point cloud. In next section, there are included tests determining quality, precision and accuracy of scanning with given method. System is applicable to mobile robots and yet fully remotely controlled. The majority of enumerations is taking place in Raspberry Pi 3 model B, just visualization alone is done from computer.
Tool for Visualization of Microbiome Data

Táto práca sa zameriava na vytvorenie nového nástroja pre vizualizáciu mikrobiomových dát. Vytvorený nástroj používa pre redukciu dimenzií analýzu hlavných komponent (PCA) a analýzu hlavných súradníc (PCoA). V prípade výpočtu dištančnej matice sú použité metriky Bray-Curtis odlišnosť a UniFrac. Spracované dáta sú následne ofarbené na základe užívateľom zvolených metadát. Výsledky sú prezentované pomocou dvoch typov grafov. Prvý z nich je stĺpcový a zobrazuje podiel každej hlavnej zložky. Druhý, bodový graf, vizualizuje konečný výsledok požadovanej analýzy. V rámci práce bola pridaná možnosť stiahnuť si vypočítanú maticu a taktiež tabuľku prvých N hlavných zložiek vypočítaných danou analýzou.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to acquitant with the old model of parking lot and suggest its modernization in order to be possible to use it in the future for a laboratory education. It is also necessary to create the corresponding software configuration for the controlling programmable logic controler (PLC) a to programme the application for laboratory task with visualization.
How Can We Google More Effectively?

Current Google provides almost all type of information in a similar way - list of web pages. But Each information needs a different manner of mediation. A different way of visualisation. Therefore I decided to create Google of tomorrow. I am focused on a new way of spreading information and communication. I created new tools which help to achieve this vision. These tools operate in augmented reality. My diploma is mainly work of design fiction and information design. I use extrapolation to create possible future scenarios. Future abilities of Google tools are extrapolated from its current technologies.
HMI application for Simatic Touch panel

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis was to design HMI application for Simatic Touch panel to cleaning machine for metal mouldings in Simatic WinCC flexible 2008, following completed code in PLC S7-300. Design consists of creating template, the library of faceplates, creating controlling screens, alarm management and data export.
Visualisation of Path-Planning for Aircrafts

This thesis compiles basic methods of path planning and their application to problems involving path planning for aircraft. Work discusses selection of algorithms suitable for introduction of aircraft-oriented path planning to the reader and their subsequent implementation. Main objective of the thesis is to create an applet capable of visualisation of chosen algorithms and its placement onto a website, which provides theoretical explanation of said planning algorithms.
Web interface for audio feature visualization

This thesis deals with methods of audio features extraction from audio files, visualization of these features and implementation of web interface, which provides the visualization. In the introduction, Music Information Retrieval field, with which this thesis is closely related, is described. Also, the current state in the area of applications for audio features extraction is described. Next, the most common libraries for audio feature extraction within the programming languages are listed. In the second chapter, the audio features that can be extracted from audio file are listed and described. In the third chapter, there is description of the process of implementation, used technologies, function diagram of the web interface, explanation of functionality and description of user interface and its functions.
