In my diploma thesis am focusing on a concept of novel sutdent housing, as current dormitories do not respect recuirements of young adults. That is why I have decided to bring up the issue, and to propose a possible solution.
The Rehabilitation of the historical center and adjacent surroundings of Kyjov with a focus on the public space

The subject of the diploma thesis is “Rehabilitation of the historical center and the surrounding neighborhoods in Kyjov with main focus on public space”. Urbanistic solution covers an area in close distance from the Masaryk Square, where the effort is to offer housing in the newly designed residential district. Diploma thesis also contains a design for completion and increase of capacity of the social services complex which is adjacent to the park by Saint Josef Chapel. This park is a part of the urbanistic design as well. The studied area is bordered by the streets of Újezd, Dobrovského, Dvořákova, Klvaňova, Brandlova and Palackého třída. Although Kyjov is situated mostly on plains the studied area is in a hilly and disunited part of the city. Buildings in this area are rather low-rise and mainly used for housing purposes. The design is focused on offering varied housing, which relates to the existing buildings and develops unused public space. Scope of this diploma thesis also contains a vision for the year 2070. The vision focuses on an area currently with high-rise blocks of flats. This area is adjacent to the newly designed residential district.

The work deals with the design of marketing strategy for the company Akademie realit Ltd., next for the new company PROPERIA GROUP Ltd., which are engaged in mediation sales and rent property. Analysis of the external and internal environment recommends strategies to increase the company’s competitiveness in the market. The work includes concrete plans of promotion activities, which should ensure to build a strong brand. The work also mentions strategical objectives, mission, vision and company values.

This diploma thesis deals with the marketing strategy of ROS.BR s.r.o. The work is divided into three units. The first theoretical part describes general problems of marketing strategy development, market development characteristics, segmentation and marketing situational analysis. The second analytical part deals with the analysis of the internal factors of the company, the general and the business environment, the interpretation of the conclusion from the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the web marketing tools. In the third final part is elaborated a proposal of marketing strategy, individual goals and paths to achieve the stated goals.

Characterizes the team leadership through finding common sense and defining values based on Golden circle. Describes current trends in the labor market, which meet both companies and also people. There is the research survey by understanding interview in the empirical part supplemented by current research on this topic. The aim is to theoretically define the topic, perform empirical research, analyze and propose solutions.

This diploma thesis proposes a design on improvement of the level of current marketing mix in a selected bussines. First part is devoted to marketing theoretical knowledge describing its individual tools. Second part is practical and it focuses on analysing the current marketing mix, internal and external environment of the bussines. In the conclusion, a proposal of possible improvement of the marketing mix is drawn based on the analytical part.

Thesis is about what is the purpose of dashboard, what was its development, what types of dashboard exist or form in which the information is transmitted to the driver. Modernity and holocaust

The thesis deals with the design of the Holocaust Documentation Centre in Moravia. Currently, there are several museums dealing with the Holocaust in our country, but none of them provides comprehensive documentation of the Holocaust. The proposal therefore seeks to create a museum that will be able to report on the Holocaust in a broader context and at the same time will be an attractive environment, especially for visitors living in the multimedia world of the 21st century.
