High standard detached house

The house is high standard detached house with detached double garage. House is suited for three-member family. Both objects are simple cubic shaped masses with flat roofs. House is two-storey high with partial basement. Basement is equipped with infrasauna, weight room and wine cellar. Teracce with rectangular swimming pool is situated in south-west side of the house. Supporting walls are made from PORTOTHERM 30 Profi, external walls are fitted by extarnal thermal contact insulation system.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is family house in Miletin. The family house is a single unit building intended for the permanent family living. It is a family house with two floors and basement. Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.
SEKT WINERY PETRAK

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of a new construction of the winery SEKT Petrák in Kobylí. The work is based on a previously developed study in the subject AG032 - Studio of Architectural Design II. The proposed construction is located in the village Kobylí in Moravia in the district of Břeclav. The building is on a slightly sloping land near the main road that leads from Kyjov to Velké Pavlovice. Construction of the winery consists of one building with two floors and an attic. One floor is partially embedded in the slope and the second floor is above ground. In the basement there is a sparkling wine production, utility rooms, warehouses and a parking space. On the ground floor there is a wine shop, wine tasting, administration and accommodation for 12 people. It is considered to build an apartment for winemakers in the attic, but is not the solution of this thesis. The construction system is combined. The ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete slab and the whole building is reinforced with concrete rims. The whole construction is based on concrete strips on which a concrete slab reinforced with curry mesh is placed. The vertical constructions are made of ceramic cut blocks POROTHERM and the lower floor is made of concrete shuttering BEST, which is insulated with extruded polystyrene. The roof of the building consists of three intersecting, saddle roofs and a flat single-roof, which is drained by downspouts. Downspouts from pitched roofs are hidden in fake constructions that consist of wooden beams and OSB boards. The building has wooden elements in acacia wood that shields the building.
Development of Business Activities of the Wine Shop through a Delivery Service

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of business activities of a wine shop located in Blansko. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge from the first part of the thesis, an analytical part is prepared. This part evaluates the current situation of the enterprise. The result of the thesis is the proposal for the implementation of a delivery service that will help the company to increase sales and at the same time gain a competitive advantage.
The family house with wine cellar

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation of a family house with a commercial space. The building is located on Květinová Street in Pohořelice near Brno. It is a detached house with two above-ground and one underground floor. The main and dominant part with a gable roof is designed as a residential area for housing, complemented by a simple form of wine store with the cellar in a simple form. Both parts are accessible from the street. The house is three-story, with the entrance on the first floor, which includes a shared living area with the gallery above, technical and sanitary facilities, guest amenities, and a wine store with its own entrance and separate operation. The wine store and cellar in the basement are connected by a spiral staircase. The private second floor contains living rooms, bathroom, and access to a terrace. The main structural elements of the building are brick vertical walls made of therm bricks reinforced with reinforced concrete rings, monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs, and a truss wooden roof structure. The stairs are made of steel. The building is founded on reinforced concrete strips, which are stepped down to the level of the basement. The material solution for the surfaces is inspired by the traditional technique of storing wine in wooden barrels with metal hoops. Therefore, the facade of the main structure has wooden cladding the ventilation, and the roofing and facade of the wine bar are made of aluminum composite panels. A lightweight envelope with projecting laminated trusses is designed for the gable part of the house in the garden, providing shading.
Family winery Plchut Mutěnice

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the new building of the Plchut family winery in Mutěnice. It is based on the architectural study developed earlier in the subject AG032 Studio of Architectural Design II. The proposed building is located on the outskirts of the village of Mutěnice, near the wine cellars of Mutěnické búdy. The building is located in the upper part of the sloping land and is connected to the local road, parking spaces are planned in front of the building. The structure of the winery consists of two elongated single-story parts with a flat roof and two two-story parts using an attic under a sloping roof. The building has no basement, but one part is partially embedded in the slope. Wine production is concentrated in three wings around an enclosed courtyard, with staff facilities and administration in the attic. In the fourth part emerging from this mass, there is a wine shop, a tasting room and in the attic accommodation in two double apartments. The structural system of the object is a wall system. The construction is based on plain concrete footings. The ceiling structures are made of prestressed Spiroll panels with a reinforced concrete ring. The vertical structures are made of masonry from polished Porotherm ceramic blocks, the wall adjacent to the ground is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofing of one-story production buildings consists of a flat single-skin extensive green roof, in two-story buildings a slanted two-skin roof with over-rafter insulation and ceramic roofing, supported by a wooden truss, is used. The production part is clad with a ventilated facade with cladding from Cembrit fiber cement boards, the representative part for visitors is plastered with fine-grained plaster coated with white silicone paint.
Family winery Plchut Mutěnice

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of the new building of the Plchut family winery in Mutěnice. The work is based on a previously developed study in the subject ag032 – studio of architectural creation ii. The proposed building is located in the wine region in the village of Mutěnice in the district of Hodonín. Vinařská street runs along the southern side of the property, where there is a paved road. There is a railway line near the road, which is oriented in the direction of Mutěnice - Zaječí. The plot itself is located on the northwestern slope of zadní hora at an altitude of 183 m above sea level. The plot is in the shape of a five-sided polygon with an area of 4,548 m2. Part of the plot on the south side is half flat, the middle of the plot is slightly sloping and the northern part has a relatively large elevation. The entrance to the plot is possible from Vinařská street or from the paved road along the western side. The structure of the winery consists of four building units, with alternating heights and types of roofs. The production part consists of two buildings that are connected into one unit with separate entrances to the individual parts. This part is entirely single-storey and its elevation is considerable compared to the other part of the winery. The second part, which is smaller in size, is used for representation. It consists of two buildings, one is two-storey and the other one-storey with an accessible terrace. In the representative part there is a wine shop, tasting room, administration, accommodation for 4 people, sanitary facilities and entrance to the second floor. The structure has no basement. The ceiling above the 1st floor is made of prestressed ceiling panels with a thickness of 200 mm. The roof of the building consists of two gable roofs and a flat roof, which is partly covered with vegetation and partly designed as a wooden terrace. The vertical structures are made of Porotherm ceramic ground fittings.

Establishing of the Small Company

The purpose of this thesis is to create a draft business plan for a small business. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge of business, entrepreneurship and viticulture. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of the business sector and the third final part contains a draft business plan for the establishment of a wine shop.

The topic of this thesis „Amendment of viniculture and viticulture law and its effect on selling the tapped wine in practice“ sets a goal to evaluate the changes of viniculture and viticulture legislation, which follows from the amendment of viniculture and viticulture law. The amendment came into force on 1st April 2017. The thesis conducts a survey of actual level of viniculture and viticulture legislation in European Union and in the Czech Republic. The thesis is then pointed at the amendment of viniculture and viticulture law in details, it deals with analysis of effects on selling tapped wine and it suggests the reccomendation for practice. In the practical part the thesis brings the results of survey, which was taken place in wine shops.
