Art education for mentally disabled pupils - project "Myself"

The bachelor thesis researches the possibilities of the project method of teaching in art education for person with mental handicap. The theoretical part discusses the characteristic of mentally handicap person, their artistic expression, special art education and artefiletic. There is also mention problems of project teaching. The practical part deals with the project, which is partially realized. The project aims is development of creativity, self-expression and enjoyment from artistic activity. In the next part is the presentation of products with take reflection down. The purpose of the project wasn't only his own creative expression. The project is led to self expression, cooperation and joint communication. Through drawings to express their feelings and thoughts. I managed to express unconsciously their goals and value. Finally, I stated the project method can be successfully implemented with the mentally handicapped.
Creative Expression of Preschool Age Children and its Meaning in Educational Process

This bachelor work called "Art expression of preschool child and its importance in educational process" focuses on use of child's art expression in educational work of teacher. It addresses phenomenon called child's art expression and its use in everyday educational process of children. It describes child's development in general with emphasis on ontogeny of child's drawing, catches specific characters of drawing and its importance in interpretation of art expression and in diagnostic use especially for teacher's work. This work focuses also on importance of drawing in school readiness assessment. The bachelor work has a theoretical character and aims to structure existing knowledge of child's art expression to show current teachers the way of better understanding child through his/her art expression. Graphic manifestation of children of younger school age at risk

This dissertation is based on specific areas of learning and disabilities that are related to gross and fine motor skills and the main focus is on the manifestations of dysgraphia. The aim is to affect the peculiarity of these disorders depending on the drawing and artistic abilities of students which requires Rey-Osterrieth's complex figure and additional tasks that are compared with this figure. Rey-Osterrieth's complex figure is a well-known and used diagnostic tool in the field of learning disabilities and it is used to compare the performance of students. The student's artistic ability, perception of perspectives, spatial composition, and work with lines are very important. The performance of each student is described in detail in this dissertation, both through quantification and through a written description. In the dissertation, there can found a case study and a comparison of students that differ from the average data.
Use of arteterapeutical approaches in art education at elementary school

The thesis deals with art education at primary school and its connection with art therapy. Requirements for the pupil and the determination of success, the phenomenon of artistic ex-pression and its features in children's expression, communication in art expression and in edu-cation, imagination, development of artistic expression and cognitive development of the child and crisis in artistic expression are mentioned. It also continues with the introduction to the approaches, approaches and methods of art therapy. It deals in detail with the design-interventional art therapy, which is based on the art ontogenetic conception, its methodology and methodology used in leading in art education. It briefly discusses artefiletics, which is one of the approaches in art education. Furthermore, in the practical part introduces the specific use of art therapy with pupils during the education of art education in the form of case studies and description of art activities. Described are the topics given during the artistic leadership as well as various alternatives of methodological guidance and evaluation of the shift in visual development.
The Night Themes as Inspiration for Creative Activities in Kindergarten

My bachelor thesis deals with a theme of the night in the field of fine arts. This theme is applied as a source of inspiration for art lessons in a nursery school. The content of the theoretical part is focused on the development of cognitive processes, sense of imagination and artistic expression by preschool age children. This thesis also deals with the subject of darkness and night in the fine arts and its use in the educational process in a kindergarten. Last but not least, the text expands possibillities of using fine arts with the aid of animation and art design methods. The practical part focuses on preparation, implementation and reflection of the artistic series that is inspired by the theme of night and the processes, which are related to it.
Art activities of children aged between two and three years

The theoretical part will summarize the physical and psychological development of the age group, artistic expression and features and description of the art activities. The theoretical part deals with the development of preschool child with special accent on development of artistic expression. The bachelor thesis also deals with the use of contemporary art in preschool education, art-project teaching and develops František Skála's life and work in detail. The practical part is dedicated on realization and reflection of the art line inspired by Skála's artwork.
