Dozer of non-homogeneous materials
Sekava, Jan ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of the master’s thesis is to design a hydraulically controlled dozer for nonhomogeneous materials. The proposed dozer of non-homogeneous materials is attached to a telehandler. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part contains a summary of similar machinery, a description of a telehandler and a summary of possible non-homogeneous materials. The practical part deals with the structural design of the proposed dozer. The design includes selection and justification of the chosen concept, important technical calculations, a scheme of the hydraulic circuit, strength check calculations, and drawing documentation.
The engine unit of a telescopic loader
Seják, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work deals with design and selection of telescopic loader engine unit according to given parameters. The first part deals with the research analysis and comparison of telescopic manipulators of similar weight category. The second part contains a design calculation of engine power needed for different machine modes. Finally, select the appropriate motor unit with respect to the calculated power values.
High loading shovel for telehandlers LM1345 Turbo
Dragan, Lukáš ; Kubín, Martin (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis follow up the structural design high loading shovel for telehandlers LM1345 TURBO by New Holland. The introduction processed basic characteristics and parameters of the machine and material which will be in operation most frequently transported by the shovel. The work includes static analysis load acting on the shovel and frame when the machine is operating, strength calculations and the design and control of the peg.
Concept of hybrid telescopic handler with a modular platform
Krejčí, Jan ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis shows the possible future development of hybrid telescopic handlers with modular platform. In the first section is an overview of technologies, which are used in today’s manipulation, transport and construction machinery. The second part is focused on the concept which uses described technologies. There are mentioned aspects, why are these technologies useful for the telescopic manipulator. There is shown a modular platform as a new way of designing.
Dozer of non-homogeneous materials
Henzl, Lukáš ; Hloska, Jiří (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of the hydraulic dozer of inhomogeneous materials, especially for ploughing of manure from the stables of corridors, with the possibility of dozer changes in working widths as needed. This machine will be attached to the telescopic handler Manitou MLT 845 – 120 LSU. Another part of the thesis is the technical report about similar machinery and the justification of designed concept of the pusher block. The thesis presents important technical calculations and an overview of possible inhomogeneous materials that could be ploughed by the plow blade. The thesis includes drawings of weldment of the centre of blade and drawing of the whole composition of plow blade.
Mobile wheeled telescopic manipulators
Buchta, Vladislav ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The point of this bachelor´s essay is actual summary of mobile wheeled manipulator´s. The essay contains critical study of individual constructive solution with regard for use of machine with load capacity higher than 4000kg.
