Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout hydraulicky ovládaný vyhrnovací blok pro nehomogenní materiály. Navržený vyhrnovač nehomogenního materiálu je uchycený na teleskopickém manipulátoru. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje přehled podobných strojních zařízení, popis teleskopického manipulátoru a přehled možných nehomogenních materiálů. Praktická část se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem vyhrnovacího bloku. Návrh obsahuje výběr a zdůvodnění zvolené koncepce, důležité technické výpočty, schéma hydraulického obvodu, pevnostní kontrolu a výrobní dokumentaci. The aim of the master’s thesis is to design a hydraulically controlled dozer for nonhomogeneous materials. The proposed dozer of non-homogeneous materials is attached to a telehandler. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part contains a summary of similar machinery, a description of a telehandler and a summary of possible non-homogeneous materials. The practical part deals with the structural design of the proposed dozer. The design includes selection and justification of the chosen concept, important technical calculations, a scheme of the hydraulic circuit, strength check calculations, and drawing documentation.
