Cooperation of teachers on small school with composite classes: case study

v anglickém jazyce ABSTRACT This thesis aims to analyze and describe how the cooperation of pedagogical workers in selected a Little Class School, how cooperation works in practice. The theoretical part deals mainly with characteristic of Little Class school in the Czech republic, further focuses on teacher's personality, on the school climate and its environment where pedagogical employees work together. In the last chapter of theoretical part, cooperation as a topic is mentioned. It defines the basic concepts that are related to cooperation between educators. These concepts include Little Class school, teacher personality, professional development, climate and school environment, cooperation. In the theoretical part, cooperation between teacher and teaching assistant is also mentioned. The empirical part of the thesis contains a case study of a selected a Little Class school and how the cooperation takes place at this school. In the diploma thesis, these collection methods were used: observation, interview and questionnaire. Following is an analysis of the data collected and an assessment of the situation. School Administration Motivating Teachers - a Case Study

The current situation on the labor market is not easy for any organization, there is little free labor, but it is possible to work to ensure that employees are satisfied. The aim of this diploma thesis was to find weaknesses in the motivation of employees by management and to propose recommendations to increase the motivation of teachers in a selected primary school. Methodologically, a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire survey were used in the work. In the examined school, the motivation of employees is mainly based on the school management or colleagues. Motivation by the school management is rather random, as the potential of various motivational tools is not used. There are shortcomings in the transparency of remuneration, in the provision of remuneration for voluntary or similar activities, this leads to misunderstandings or feelings of injustice with remuneration. Communication problems, which are mainly related to the lack of feedback, have a demotivating effect, and there are problems in conflicts with parents, when the school management does not provide sufficient support to teachers in such a case. Job satisfaction of teaching staff at primary and secondary schools in the Vysočina region

The diploma thesis deals with the job satisfaction of pedagogical employees working in elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. The main goal of the thesis is to ascertain how are the pedagogical employees in the elementary and high schools of the Vysočina District overall satisfied with individual aspects of the selected outside factors of job satisfaction. The next goal of the thesis is to compare job satisfaction of pedagogical employees in the individual aspects of the selected outside factors. In the theoretical part, the thesis is focused on the theories of job satisfactions and the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance. Furthermore, the thesis deals with selected outside factors, which influence job satisfaction. The investigation is carried out in the selected elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. To obtain the necessary data, a non-standardized questionnaire of job satisfaction was created, which was then filled in by 149 teachers of both elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. Analysis of work performance management of teaching staff in the schools established under part 16 paragraph 9 of the Czech Education Act

The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the performance management of teachers in a school established in accordance with § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act. The theoretical part of the thesis specifies the concept of human resource management and defines the individual personnel activities as a tool for human resource management. It highlights from personal activities the function of performance management and describes it using the literature. It specifies in detail the phases of the cycle of the performance management process. The theoretical part contains the description of the process of performance management of teaching staff, defines the identification of the specific conditions in a school established by § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act, which may have an impact on the monitored personal activities. The analytical part of the thesis provides the results of research in primary schools established by § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act. The survey was conducted using explorative method in questionnaire and the type of the case study. 1 ABSTRACT This thesis deals with the educational management of the teaching staff supervising the state graduation exams. The theoretical part explains the concept of educational management and focuses in detail on the managerial function of organization. It describes the current form of the state graduation exams, related legislation and institutions involved. The thesis explains the staffing of graduation exams and individual training programs for teachers, and clarifies the role of further education of teachers. The aim of the work is to optimize the organization surrounding the education of teachers supervising the state graduation exams in Prague and Central Bohemia. The data in the presented research were collected via a survey among participants of the education related to the state graduation exams in Prague and Central Bohemia in the school year of 2015/2016 and interviews with lecturers of relevant training programs. Nanny in kindergarten

This thesis deals with the question of the inclusion of nannies as caregivers for two-year-old children in the system of preschool education in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to look into the issue, to explain the role of nannies in history, and to point out the reality of this work today. The theoretical part deals with the developmental psy-chology of the child, with an emphasis on the toddlers and the position of nannies in history. The theoretical part of the thesis concludes with information concerning with whom, and under what conditions nannies can work. In the practical part, on the basis of the analysis of interviews, the thesis tries to explain the profession of nanny and its position in kindergarten.
