Factors Affecting a Visitors´ Satisfaction in South Bohemia (The Region of České Budějovice)

The aim of the thesis is to identify factors influencing satisfaction of tourists coming to the Region of České Budějovice with services of tourism. Concretely, how the respondents perceive quality and quantity of primary and secondary tourism offer in the selected region in terms of demand and proposal of measures designed to increase tourist's satisfaction. The presented case study is based on an analysis of the questionnaire answers provided by the visitors in the selected municipalities in the Region. This questionnaire survey is processed, evaluated and also compared with the depth interviews with the specialist in tourism. In the other part of the thesis hypotheses are evaluated. A concept addressing transport infrastructure was designed based on the results of the questionnaire. Furthermore, a proposal to support business subjects in tourism was created. It can lead to a prolongation of the time that visitors spending in the Region of České Budějovice. This could aid tourism in the area and the general satisfaction of arriving visitors.
Impact of Innovations on Key Hotel Indicators

This thesis deals with the impact of innovations integrated from the new company position of Quality Control Manager on key hotel indicators - guest evaluations, occupancy rate and average price. First part of the thesis is dedicated to the introduction to the quality in tourism, its measurement and management systems. Next part deals with AVE Hotels hotel chain and its quality management system. Following chapter is dedicated to Aida Hotel and innovations suggested from the new position of Quality Control Manager. The key part of the thesis compares Hotel Aida with the Oficial Classification of Accommodation Facilities before and after innovations integrated by Quality Control Manager and deals with impact of aplied changes on guest reviews, occupancy rate and average price. Final part of the theses contains conclusion, recommendations of the author and comments. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and consider the depth of the contribution of changes of Quality Control Manager on mentioned indicators. For this purpose, the thesis analyses and compares data about guest reviews, occupancy rate and average price before and after integration of the innovations of Quality Control Manager. The thesis can be used to consider the return of investment in quality improvement and in introduction of quality management and control system.
Value Added Tax in tourism

The subject of the diploma thesis is value added tax in tourism. Certain subjects that do business in tourism are obliged to apply a special travel service scheme for services provided according to the Act No. 235/2004 on Value Added Tax. In comparison with normal rules, this scheme simplifies the rules of application of the value added tax, though it is not applicable in all situations. The major aim of this thesis is to make a complete outline of the rules related to the application of value added tax in tourism and present suitable practical examples. Another aim of the thesis is to analyze the difference between the legislation of the special scheme according to the Act on Value Added Tax and according to the European Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax. The theoretical focus is supplemented by practical examples with some completed tax returns for better understanding of the application of value added tax in tourism.
Marketing Analysis of the Wine Shop

The aim of the thesis is to analyse marketing tools in the wine shop Víno-klub. The theoretical part deals with the marketing in general, marketing mix in the tourism industry, wine classification and the consumer behaviour for wine in the Czech republic. The practical part concerns with the analysis od the specific marketing tools in Víno-klub and its application to practise. Then the marketing mix is assessed by a questionnaire. At the very end, there is an outline of the recommendations, proposals and measures for improving the quality of the provided services.
Development of the services in the selected hotel

The topic of this thesis was the development of the services in the selected hotel. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the market conditions, the internal environment and a proposal to improve the management and ensure the competitiveness of Residence at the Black Tower. Using a questionnaire survey among guests and employees, guided interview with a manager and through additional analyzes were prepared design solutions.

Based on this finding was a created device aimed at agrotourism and cycling associated with the provision of accommodation.
Development of selected tourism services in Pardubice Region

The aim of the thesis "Development of selected tourism services in Pardubice Region" was to analyze the current supply of tourism services with an emphasis on accommodation services and gastronomy in the Pardubice region. An essential part of the work was a literary review, which clarifies to the readers the issue being addressed and the technical terms in the field of tourism and tourism services. For a purpose of creating a literary search was studied literature related to the field and data from the Internet sources. Subsequently, statistical data related to basic information about the Pardubice region and its tourism were used and processed. Analysis of the accommodation offers and gastronomy services in the Pardubice region was conducted through a questionnaire survey handled to managers and customers of the accommodation facilities as well as using mystery shopping carried out in selected restaurants. The conclusions drawn from the analysis of services served as a tool for finding the appropriate recommendations that would lead to improvement of services offered and the future development of the tourist region.
Tourism services for retired people and possibilities of their development in Prachatice area

The Concept of Creation of the Tourist Information Centre in the Municipality of Tři Studně in the Protected Landscape Area Žďárské Hills

The aim of the thesis was a proposal to form a tourist information center and its location in the village of Tři Studně. Based on the analysis of supply and demand of the tourist destination offers a service that will provide visitors information center. For tourist information center have been proposed two alternatives. The first draft took advantage of the current meeting room of the Municipal Office at Tři Studně without modification, and it only added new equipment and technology . The second proposal is already associated with structural modifications of the room. Tři Studně are due to its abundant natural potential tourists visited in the summer and winter months. It forms one of the most Important Recreational Areas in Vysočina. Tři Studně in the TIC will be one of the most important elements of marketing communication of the village and its vicinity.
The business concept of the railway line 193 for tourism

The aim of this thesis was to design a business concept use railways 193rd The concept was designed based on information obtained from the questionnaire survey, structured interviews and a thorough situational analysis, analysis of customers and competitors.
