The next chapter describes the G-Trade Ltd. corporation and analyzes its current situation. Creating a Business Plan from the Aspect of the Company Establishment

The thesis is concerned with definition, description and with the ensuing creation of business plan. In its theoretic section is the description aimed on theoretical findings and crucial issues. Process of constitution of Limited Liability Company is stated here along with the provisions of relevant statutory norms. Among other elements, in the thesis are stated the partial phases of business plan creation. Major part of thesis is focused on particular situation analysis and marketing plan. Introduction of the company, organizational plan and particular situation analysis are elaborated along with marketing plan which is predominantly conceived of marketing mix and financial plan, which provided the overall inputs and outputs. In conclusion the economic efficiency of investment was worked out.

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a proposal for the potential direction of further development of a small company dealing with the sale of BARF dog food. The theoretical part of the thesis contains literature research in the field of the concept of growth and development of companies by strategic management approach, including analysis of internal and external environment of the company. The analytical part of the thesis contains a partial and an overall assessment of the current state of the company through the application of selected analytical methods in the selected environmental context with respect to the defined problem. The design part follows the overall assessment, on the basis of which an appropriate development strategy is subsequently selected to strengthen the company's position in the market, including implementation.

The theoretical part presents explanations of terms relevant to this theme. The practical part consists of an analysis of actual situation in the village and data evaluation gained from the survey. Based on these results are defined suggestions and recommendations to increase development of tourist industry and attractiveness of the village.

The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part includes theoretical knowledge relevant to marketing and marketing communication. The second one focuses on the company situation analysis, company´s general and sector environment analysis. The last part includes concrete final proposals and procedures based on results of analyses, which should contribute and improve the company´s current situation on the local market.
