The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and recommendations concerning the selection procedure of the employees so that they can promote the quality of the service provided by PRG-Schultz ČR, s.r.o. company. The theoretical part of this work contains survey and elaboration of the appropriate materials and theory which are needed for successful realization of the chosen objectives. The practical part is dealing with the analysis of current selection procedure and formulation of the proposals to improve personal recruitment.

In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis there are the basic concepts pointed out and described the methodology of choosing the information system. The solutions of different suppliers are analyzed according to a specifically chosen criteria and one of the solutions is chosen at the end.

This diploma thesis characterizes the recruitment processes, evaluates and compares the forms of recruitment used and proposes effective measures to optimize the processes in this area, taking into account the regional context. First, an overview of the recruitment process is presented with an emphasis on new trends and methods applied in the IT industry and the knowledge economy. Next, the selected company TechFides Solutions s.r.o. is characterized, its current practice is described and individual forms of recruitment are analyzed with regard to the labor market in the given region. Finally, a solution is proposed to improve the procedures in the field of recruitment in the surveyed company.
Analysis, Selection and Implementation of the ERP System in a Company

This thesis deals with analysis, selection and implementation of ERP system in Conteg spol. s r.o. and CONTEG group. In the first part of the thesis is analyzed the problem and the current situation together with the evaluation. Furthermore, the company's requirements for a new solution are described. The following part of the thesis is devoted to the selection of the contractor of the required solution in the tender and its evaluation. The design part of the thesis is devoted mainly to network analysis PERT and risk analysis. The implementation part of the thesis describes the process of system implementation. The Karat ODM (Material Cutting Optimization) connection to TruTops FAB software, which controls automatic warehouse and punch presses, including benefit evaluation and comparison with previous solutions, is described in more detail.

The theoretical part describes both general procedures of selection procedures together with other methods, and selection procedures for a managing position in education. The practical part examines selection procedures the applicants for the position of headmaster went through using author's own questionnaire. Another part of the questionnaire deals with the criteria the applicants expected to be applied in the selection procedure. The final part of the questionnaire examines the order of criteria according to their importance as perceived by participants in selection procedures. Selection procedure for the position of school director from the point of view of Czech teachers and headmasters

This master's thesis deals with various views of potential school directors and headmasters of the school director selection procedure. The work is divided into the theoretical and the research part. The theoretical part analyses the legislation relevant to the selection procedure for the school director, i.e. The School Law and law No. 82/2005. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the ideas of potential school directors and headmasters of the selection procedure and of The School Law novelisation. The goal of this thesis is to find how differs these ideas. The conclusions of this work can be used for the improvement of the school director selection procedure in the Czech Republic. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 115 potential school directors and 13 headmasters.
