Family house with business premises

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a family house with an architectural studio. The building is located on a plot in the town of Jihlava. It is a two-storey partly basement family house used for housing a family of four, in which a studio is designed for the purpose of business. The function of the establishment is an architectural studio, and for the access of clients and visitors to the establishment only a meeting room with sanitary facilities on the first floor, on the second floor there is a private study of an architect living in the house, which is accessible only from the apartment. The dominant feature of the building on the second floor is a hall designed for relaxation and rest illuminated by a large window under the counter roof and a private architect's office, equipped with a large glazed area in the east wall and including a window under the counter roof for southern light, both rooms have an exposed view. Tn the roof supporting structure, which consists of visible rafters. The perimeter walls are designed from 440 mm ceramic blocks, type Term, with integrated mineral insulation. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed hollow ceiling panels. An individual garage with parking for one car leading to the street road is designed for the building. The project documentation is prepared in accordance with Decree No., 499/2006 Coll. About documentation of buildings.
Firehouse - station type P1

This diploma thesis solves creating of the layout study and creation of documentation for the realization of a new fire station. In the building, the location of the JPO I rescue units is considered. The territorial jurisdiction is usually considered to be within 20 minutes of dislocation. The category of the fire station will be considered as P1. The object consists of two structurally and functionally different parts. The first part is designed as a one-storey reinforced concrete skeleton roofed with pre-stressed ceiling panels. This section includes technical background and garages. The cladding of the skeletal part of the building is solved by a masonry block made of lime-sand blocks with external thermal insulation composite system. The second part is walled from lime-sand blocks with external thermal insulation composite system. There are spaces of administrative and operational character. This section has two above-ground floors. The ground plan is fractured, the maximum dimensions are 45.59 x 28.34 m. The building has no basement, roofed only with flat roofs. The object is situated in the peripheral locality of Příbor, the terrain is slightly sloping.
Detached house with graphics centre in Jihlava

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a multi-storey, multifunctional, duplex house with a graphics centre, located in Jihlava. The house is intended for housing two families of four. The operation of the graphics centre will be provided by the residents. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the north. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered by two mono-pitched roofs. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks, where the vertical load-bearing structure consists of Heluz masonry and the horizontal structure consists of prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The project was developed through the educational version of the computer program AutoCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and the fulfillment of structural safety requirements.
Kindergarten

The theme of my diploma thesis is processing of project documentation for building a construction of nursery school in Kunštát. Health centre was also designed as a part of the building facility. The capacity of the building are two classrooms in nursery school and two outpatient units. The building is a two-storey building which has basement partly under it. The construction system is bricked from aerated concrete blocks with a ceiling structure made of reinforced concrete prestressed ceiling panels. The perimeter masonry is insulated with an ETICS thermal insulation composite system with mineral wool thermal insulation. The predominant part of the roof of the building is a vegetation extension flat roof.
Extension and modernization of social services facilities Nitrava

The subject of this diploma thesis is the assessment of the existing facility of social services and the proposal for the modernization of the complex of objects in the facility. To date, the objects are fully utilized. Existing buildings Panel apartment building "A", Panel apartment building "B" and Connecting corridor "D". The existing construction object "C" will be demolished in its entirety. The diploma thesis focuses on the new construction object Extension, which has the task of replacing object "C" and modernizing the social services facility so that it meets the standard conditions. The proposed building is located on land that is accessible from Železničiarska street on the outskirts of Nitra. The extension is located on the north side of the land. The main entrance to the building is solved by crossing the Connecting Corridor. The building has two underground and four above-ground floors. On the 1st floor, there are pharmacy premises, a kitchen with a buffet and facilities, toilets and connecting corridors. In the northwest corner there is a warehouse for landscaping the green areas of the property. In the 1st floor there is a boiler room, a cleaning room and collective garage spaces, which also go into the 2nd floor. The dining room, toilets and chapel are located on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor, the premises of the dialysis clinic, workshops and rest rooms serving as clubhouses are accessible from the connecting corridor. On the 4th floor there is an exit to the flat green roof. All floors are connected vertically by two interior staircases and elevators. The supporting system of the substructure is designed from monolithic waterproof reinforced concrete. The structure of the upper structure mainly consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and beams. The rigidity of the upper structure is solved by two stiffening monolithic reinforced concrete cores, in which vertical communications are placed. The supporting elements of the ceilings are designed from prestressed ceiling panels and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered with a green single-layer flat roof. The insulation of the perimeter structures is designed with the ETICS contact insulation system made of mineral wool. The foundation structures are designed as monolithic grids.
Kindergarten in Hustopeče

The subject of this diploma thesis is elaborating specific parts of detailed deisgn for building kindergarten in Hustopeče according to Annex No. 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. The thesis deals with a object of public services - a kindergarten. This kindergarten will consist of a total of 4 classrooms, each of which has its own sanitary and storage facilities. The building also includes its own kitchen with a dining room, which will be used for the preparation of meals on the premises. The building is designed for a total of 80 children, 8 teachers and 3 chefs. The whole design concept takes into consideration, among other things, the economy, whether in its layout, material solution or technical equipment of the building. The layout is based primarily on the size, orientation, and slope of the building plot. The land has a significant longitudinal as well as transverse slope and the distribution of the building's masses corresponds to this. The plot is a relatively narrow rectangle, and its much longer side is parallel to the street line.
New school building

The subject of my diploma thesis is to create a design documentation of new building of kindergarten. Designed building is located in Náměšť nad Oslavou. This building is situated in location of new family houses on a slightly sloping land. Kindergarten is determined for upbringing and education of 66 children, divided into three separate sections, in the building is included place for hobby (common room). In the south side of the land is situated large school garden. Kindergarten is designed as separately standing building, with two above-ground floors and has no cellar. The construction system of the object is wall system, walled from ceramic blocks, the horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels. The stairscase is designed from reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof and is foundated on strip foundation.

Multipurpose building in Veselí nad Moravou – gross superstructure

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the construction technological project of the gross superstructure (without roofing) of a multipurpose house in Veselí nad Moravou. The building is designed as a trapezoidal building with three floors above ground and with a main loadbearing structure made of a steel frame and prestressed ceiling panels. Additional strengthening of the building consists of a gable wall and a reinforcing core made of ceramic blocks. The work includes a technical report focused on the gross superstructure, a technical report on the site equipment, a solution to the broarder traffic relations, a design of the machine lineup, an itemized budget, a time schedule, a technological procedure, an inspection and test plan, safety and health protection at work, environmental protection and a comparison of the construction technology of the RC monolithic staircase and the RC prefabricated staircase.
Kindergarten

The goal of this diploma thesis was to design a kindergarten building as building with almost zero energy consumption. This is the project documentation of the actual implementation. The proposed building has two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The building is designed for three classes for kindergarten children, ranging from 3 to 6 years old, and two doctor's offices. One consulting room is used for speech therapy, and the other as a psychological office. Each part of the classroom has its own entrance, a changing room for children and employees, hygienic areas, a playroom with a bed, a storage room for toys and sunbeds. Another part of the building is the technical facilities, which are located in the basement. On the 1st floor, there are offices and day rooms for kindergarten employees, a space for preparing meals and a warehouse for food. The last room is located on the 2nd floor, which is the language classroom. The internal perimeter load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure is designed from prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels, supplemented by monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roof structures have two height levels and both are designed to be flat. The perimeter masonry is contact-insulated with mineral wool. Part of the facade is designed as ventilated with wooden panelling. The building is based on foundation belts made of plain concrete in combination with blocks of lost shuttering.
