Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu hrubé vrchní stavby (bez zastřešení) víceúčelového domu ve Veselí nad Moravou. Objekt je navržen jako stavba lichoběžníkového tvaru o třech nadzemních podlažích a s hlavní nosnou konstrukcí z ocelového skeletu a předpjatých stropních panelů. Dodatečné ztužení stavby tvoří štítová stěna a ztužující jádro z keramických tvárnic. Práce zahrnuje technickou zprávu se zaměřením na hrubou vrchní stavbu, technickou zprávu zařízení staveniště, řešení širších dopravních vztahů, návrh strojní sestavy, položkový rozpočet, časový plán, technologický předpis, kontrolní a zkušební plán, bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci, ochranu životního prostředí a porovnání technologie provedení ŽB monolitického schodiště a ŽB prefabrikovaného schodiště. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the construction technological project of the gross superstructure (without roofing) of a multipurpose house in Veselí nad Moravou. The building is designed as a trapezoidal building with three floors above ground and with a main loadbearing structure made of a steel frame and prestressed ceiling panels. Additional strengthening of the building consists of a gable wall and a reinforcing core made of ceramic blocks. The work includes a technical report focused on the gross superstructure, a technical report on the site equipment, a solution to the broarder traffic relations, a design of the machine lineup, an itemized budget, a time schedule, a technological procedure, an inspection and test plan, safety and health protection at work, environmental protection and a comparison of the construction technology of the RC monolithic staircase and the RC prefabricated staircase.
