Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout objekt mateřské školy jako budovu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Jedná se o projektovou dokumentaci skutečného provedení. Navržená stavba má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepená. V objektu jsou navrženy 3 třídy pro děti mateřské školy od 3 do 6 let a dvě ordinace. Jedna ordinace slouží pro logopedii a druhá jako psychologická ordinace. Každá část třídy má vlastní vstup, šatnu pro děti a zaměstnance, hygienické prostory, hernu s lehárnou, sklad hraček a lehátek. Další části objektu se nachází technické zázemí, které je umístěno v suterénu. V 1NP jsou kanceláře a denní místnosti pro zaměstnance mateřské školy, prostor pro přípravu jídla a sklad na potraviny. Ve 2NP se nachází poslední prostor, kterým je jazyková učebna. Obvodové, vnitřní nosné i nenosné zdivo je navrženo ze zděných keramických tvárnic. Stropní konstrukce je navržená z předpjatých stropních panelu Spiroll, doplněné o monolitické železobetonové stropní desky. Střešní konstrukce mají dvě výškové úrovně a obě jsou navrženy jako ploché. Obvodové zdivo je kontaktně zatepleno pomocí minerální vaty. Část fasády je řešena jako provětrávaná s dřevěným obložením. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu v kombinaci s tvárnicemi ztraceného bednění. The goal of this diploma thesis was to design a kindergarten building as building with almost zero energy consumption. This is the project documentation of the actual implementation. The proposed building has two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The building is designed for three classes for kindergarten children, ranging from 3 to 6 years old, and two doctor's offices. One consulting room is used for speech therapy, and the other as a psychological office. Each part of the classroom has its own entrance, a changing room for children and employees, hygienic areas, a playroom with a bed, a storage room for toys and sunbeds. Another part of the building is the technical facilities, which are located in the basement. On the 1st floor, there are offices and day rooms for kindergarten employees, a space for preparing meals and a warehouse for food. The last room is located on the 2nd floor, which is the language classroom. The internal perimeter load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure is designed from prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels, supplemented by monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roof structures have two height levels and both are designed to be flat. The perimeter masonry is contact-insulated with mineral wool. Part of the facade is designed as ventilated with wooden panelling. The building is based on foundation belts made of plain concrete in combination with blocks of lost shuttering.
