E-learning possibilities in education taking into account psychological aspects of creative learning

This diploma thesis is trying to critically look at education via e-learning, with the main topic being the possibilities which (with elaborated learning strategy) this form of education is able to offer. E-learning, in this work, is set into a society-wide context of education in the 21st century with regards to demographic development of the Czech population. Apart from the introduction and description of the main parts of e-learning courses, the thesis focuses on the creation process of these courses as such. Company/corporate experience, which is particularly beneficial here, is being widely used throughout this thesis. We consider it very important to theoretically elaborate on the term of 'creative learning' and show its contribution to the description of possibilities of e-learning in education. Afterwards, in the practical part, we focus on researching e-learning in chosen companies; in which we are trying to outline which way and how effectively e-learning is being used at chosen institutions. Miriam Kotrusová, Ph.D. Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the examination possibilities and strategies for combination of university studies and employment in the Czech Republic in the context of difficult employment of graduates in the labour market at present, with emphasis on increasing their employability. Attention is focused on the issue of working students at universities. The goal is to identify student's strategies combine daily study and work and how to help the students to prevent them or legislative conditions. The work has an analytical character and operates as primary research data from semi-structured interviews and secondary data from foreign studies and legislative documents. Data are analysed using content and thematic analysis.
Folk songs in music activites designed for pre-school children

The subject of this thesis is to show how to use folk songs and various musical activities when working with pre-school children. The theoretical part of this thesis includes a definition of folk music as well as a brief introduction into the history of folk music in Bohemia and Moravia. There are also numerous suggestions of musical activities which develop musical talent of children. The activities are divided into groups according to the age of children and therefore can be used not only in kindergarten but also on other occasions. The last chapter of this part is dedicated to Framework Educational Programme for Preschool Education. The practical part focuses on how to use folk songs in everyday life of pre-school children. The songs are grouped so that they are suitable for particular age group, bearing in mind the overall programme of the pre-school educational system. The first chapter called Meeting consists of songs which could be nicely used in September, when children are new to the kindergarten. Then there is a part called Autumn, suitable primarily for this part of the year. Next, children work on a dramatization of the fairy tale called Začarovaný les which is then, together with songs, used as a performance for their parents and friends. I present complex of artistic works, which I created durring my Masters studies and its interruption, so since 2012 till 2017. My topic which I worked with was cartography transfer of space to flat with manipulations of sizes and visual shortcuts and visualisations of outvisible spaces. Together with my activity I will introduce also work of another 5 artists, which I ofered them the topic of map of parallel Universe to their focus and visions.
Activation Activities as an Integral Part of Social Work in Nursing Home in Benešov

This bachelor thesis is aimed to the activation activities as a part of social work in the nursing home. The goal of the theoretical part of bachelor work is to describe social work, roles and job description of social worker and describe each activation activities used in the Nursing home Benešov. In the Theoretical part there are named personality assumptions, roles and job description of social worker in nursing homes. This part deals with descriptions of activities in the Nursing home Benešov. Theoretical part was created by using of analysis and synthesis of data from scientific literature and the other sources of dealing with the problems of the elderly and with activation activities. The goal of practical part is to find what are the possibilities and limits of social work focusing on activation activities in Nursing home Benešov. Depending on the goals have been established two research questions. The main research question is: What are the specifics of social work in a nursing home? Partial research question asks what is the role and activities of social workers in activation activities in the nursing home. For the goal of bachelor thesis was chosen the qualitative research. I have used the questioning method and the technique of the semi-structured interview and the secondary analysis of data and the method of SWOT analysis. The research has shown that social work in a Nursing home Benešov is limited by many factors. There is a lack of financial sources, which greatly affects the activation programs, there is a bad client motivation. Roles and activities of social workers in Nursing home Benešov are similar for the two respondents and one respondent operates mostly as a coordinator of social work and activation activities. The gained knowledge of this bachelor thesis can be used as a source of activation activities and social work in a Nursing home Benešov and also as a basis for improving services in this facility. The work will be used as feedback for the device, where the research was conducted.
The Role of School Psychologists in Primary school

The aim of my thesis is to introduce the structure of school counselling. It specifies the individual counselling facilities. It focuses on school counselling and first of all, on the position of school psychologist at primary schools. The particular chapters deal of the history of school counselling, the legislative determination of the position of school psychologist, methods of work which are used for diagnosis of children and youth. At the same time there are mentioned some dangers and difficulties of work of school psychologist. At the end of the theoretical part I reflect some other possibilities in school psychology. The data which I acquired in the research part have enabled me to answer some questions regarding the work of school psychologist at three primary schools in Southern Bohemia, specifically, if school psychologists are accepted by the other teachers. Next I studied the attitudes of social worker and legal protection of children and youth who cooperate with school psychologists.
Manager of a basic line as a member of multidisciplinaire team and his possibilities of the nursing care quality impact

A manager is the one who sets everything on movement in an organization. He/she is also the one who gives order to the movement and who conditions success of all the processes running in an organization. His/her aim is to lead the team to efficient and good quality work performance. A nurse-manager performs the tasks of nursing care of individuals or groups by managing the nursing process. People and their work activities are her goals. She leads them to work, influences them and coordinates their performance, checks, assesses, guides and manages their professional careers. She affects the everyday workplace operation towards high performance and cooperation. She indirectly influences patient satisfaction, the nursing care and moreover also the organization prosperity in her everyday effort. She does all that with regard to satisfaction of the team members and their professional development. If she is to be a really efficient source she must be perceived basically as a capable and motivated person. This also means to do everything for her to become like this. The first goal of the work was to find out the determinants of success of an operative manager and his/her position in general. The second goal was to map the attributes of manager{\crq}s managerial position. The third goal was to map manager{\crq}s work with an operative group. Quantitative research was applied on the issue processing. Questioning, the technique of a questionnaire, was chosen as a data collection method. The questionnaire was designed for head nurses working in hospitals and social care facilities within the region. It consisted of 48 closed and one semi-closed questions. Hypothesis No. 1 states that managerial position is affected by horizontal and vertical relations within an organization. According to the research results the vertical relations may affect a position of a manager in both, positive and negative senses. The position may also be affected by relations between the manager and the staff reporting to him/her. If a manager lacks managerial skills his/her team might be unstable. Such a team might not perform good work and might provide medical care of poor quality. In the sense of vertical relation the position of a manager may thus be uncertain. Hypothesis No. 1 was confirmed. Hypothesis No. 2 says that quality relations between an operative line manager and the staff managed by him affect positively the nursing care. According to the research results the good quality relations may affect the nursing care positively under particular conditions. If the manager creates condition for successful team work and nurses in the team are satisfied. Hypothesis No. 2 was confirmed. Hypothesis No. 3 on a stable team that forms upon forming a functional network of informal social and work relations was also confirmed. In some managers{\crq} opinion a stable team forms upon a functional network of informal social and work relations. The thesis might be utilized for providing the found out information to the basic line managers at professional training sessions. It may contribute to better understanding in relation to the managed staff. Actually if managers are able to understand the issues of leadership and management of people they will have sufficient information in this field and will be able to understand it and lead their teams much better.
Small architecture in Tábor region and its new mission

In this dissertation we seized less conspicuous attractions which are situated in the choice locations of Tábor landscape. We endeavoured to discover other possibilities of utilization of the chosen destination, despite our initial impression that the destination was fully used. The most important task of this thesis was to analyze natural, historical and natural interests of this region. After detailed research/analyzes/discussions we discovered that there are a lot of ``hidden{\crq}q attractions in the locality. These attractions deserve their renewal and more attention from their visitors. On the base of information were created suggestions and recommendations for development of this destination.
