The SK Tenis Kladno marketing plan

Topic: The SK Tenis Kladno marketing plan Objectives: The main objective is creating a marketing plan for SK Tennis Kladno Tennis Club. The sub-objective was to conduct a situation analysis on which basis was the marketing plan developed. Methods: In this work I used the method of analysis, method of inquiry and method of scaling. By the method of questioning were collected information about customers, their views, needs and desires. The club itself was analyzed, such as its competitors, partners and customers. The method of scaling was used in case of the club and competition analysis. SWOT analysis is included. Results: The analyzes revealed that the club has one strong competitor and two weaker competitors. The results further showed that the greatest weakness of the club is pricing policy stance, the current management of the club and the poor atmosphere in it. The marketing plan focuses both on the young generation, ie. children and young people, both amateur players. COMMUNICATION STRATEGY PURE PLATINUM FITNESS JATOMI 2014 Objectives: The main objective of this work is to design a communication strategy for the platinum club Pure Platinum Fitness Jatomi for the year 2014. This proposal is based on current applied communication strategies. It is focused on acquiring new customers and communication with existing members, also provides suggestions how to develop cooperation with existing partners. Methods: As the methods were used interview and analysis of documents. Interview method was used in the realization of several interviews with the general manager of the fitness club. Analysis of documents was applied in the preparation of advertising material obtained from the fitness club. Results: The proposal of communication strategy for platinum club Pure Platinum Fitness Jatomi for the year 2014 was based. The proposal brings new ideas, how to acquire new members and shows the possible means leading to the improvement of communication with existing members. It proposes a new modern communication channels that the company could use and invents events for members, through which it is possible to build a relationship that can strengthen loyalty of the members to the club. Marketing Plan of a newly Emerging Fitness Center

Title: Marketing Plan of a Newly Emerging Fitness Center Objectives: The main goal of the diploma thesis is to create a marketing plan of a newly emerging fitness center in the Karlovy Vary region. The marketing plan will help the fitness center make long term profit and become popular with the public. Methods: The thesis will combine both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The pivotal method of the qualitative research will be observation which I will attempt to combine with informal interviews with the rival fitness centers' employees. The quantitative research will be represented by questionnaires. Based on the discoveries, I will construct Porter's five forces model, competitive analysis and SWOT analysis. Results: The marketing research has been simulated under the same conditions for two years. The comparative method was used which only confirmed that the competitive environment of the Carlsbad region is not intensive. The customer values the quality of equipment, comprehensive and modern service offering the most, that unfortunately it is not widely available, and therefore the satisfaction with competitive edge declines. This diploma thesis deals with the marketing strategy of ROS.BR s.r.o. The work is divided into three units. The first theoretical part describes general problems of marketing strategy development, market development characteristics, segmentation and marketing situational analysis. The second analytical part deals with the analysis of the internal factors of the company, the general and the business environment, the interpretation of the conclusion from the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the web marketing tools. In the third final part is elaborated a proposal of marketing strategy, individual goals and paths to achieve the stated goals.

The topic of the Bachelor thesis is Marketing strategy of a shopping center; it is focused on a case study of the VIVO! Hostivař shopping center in Prague. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current marketing strategy of this shopping centre, determine the typical customer and based on the situational analysis and results of the research in form of a questionnaire I will evaluate the marketing strategy of the shopping center. The thesis includes proposals of marketing instruments and recommendations, which should improve the marketing strategy.

Title: The marketing plan of fitness center Expreska Jiřího z Poděbrad. Objectives: The main aim of the dimploma thesis is to construct a marketing plan for fitness center Expreska Jiřího z Poděbrad for the year 2017. The proposed marketing strategy, including the implementation plan will be directed to achieve marketing and business goals of the organization. Methods: For analysis of the microenvironment is used Porter matrix. Analysis of macroenvironment is done with the help of PEST analysis. For the analysis of competition is used marketing mix. The criteria of marketing mix are score and they are assigned to the appropriate weight. Already mentioned methods will form the basis for the creation of a SWOT analysis. Within Ansoff matrix is determined by the marketing strategy, which is supported by the research of customer satisfaction. Results: The result of this work is complete marketing plan of Expreska Jiřího z Poděbrad for the year 2017, which includes the necessary requirements and can serve as a tool for achieving the goals of the organization. Title: Marketing plan for an installation of a ski resort Goals: The goal of this study is to construct the marketing plan for the new ski resort situated in an area Železnorudsko. In connection with the marketing plan it is necessary to make the marketing research and the analysis of the competition. Methods: As for marketing research, the method of a written interrogation is chosen. As far as the analysis of the competition is concerned, the assessed criterions are evaluated on a point scale and the appropriate weight is attributed to them. The weight is determined by the method of an order.
