Marketing Survey in IMS Subsystem

This master's thesis describes suggestion of an application designed for marketing research utilizing development environment of Ericsson company using services IMS and SIP. The essay examines the options offered by programming languages Java, PHP, of the database system MySQL, language XML and SIP messages. A creation of a server - client pair of applications used for marketing research was the main focus of this paper was. These applications can be used for distribution of questionnaires and their subsequent collection by the server, which allows for an output of statistics based on the acquired data. It is not necessary to work with all the applications, it is possible to filter based on one or more categories and only have the selected questionnaires sent. The questionnaire results will be shown in a form of straightforward table in the server’s console window. The XML language has been selected for the storing the questionnaires. All technologies and methods used are described within the essay. An integral part of the module is also the creation of a database of questions, which has been created in the PHP programming language. MySQL has been used as a database server. The application output is an XML file, which can be used as an input for an IMS server. The results of this thesis are demonstrated using screenshots taken during the application testing.
Marketing mix of a selected mini-brewery

The topic of my thesis is a marketing mix of a chosen minibrewery. The thesis should create a real plan of thr product, price, promotion, distribution and the influence on our market. The thesis is divided into two parts. the theoretical one which is linked to the practical, in other words the analytical part; and, the application part in which an analysis wil be performed using the marketing tools for the chosen minibrewery. Further on, a SWOT analysis in the minibrewery will be carried out. To propose an effective marketing mix there will be included the results of my own marketing survey in the form of a distributed questionnaire called "Analysis of customer satisfaction with the products of the minibrewery".
ANALYSIS OF BOARDING CUSTOMS AT BOARDING OUT OF HOME

The object of the bachelor thesis is the boarding customs at boarding out of home. The boarding represents the satisfaction process of one of the fundamental life requirements {--} nutrition requirement. The way and the forms of the human satisfaction process generally depend on the development level of certain society. The development differs according to the material, economy, political, social and religion aspect. The main aim of the work is the analysis and evaluation of present boarding customs at boarding out of home. The studied problem lays in the question how consumers decide in boarding out of home; i.e. if the price has an impact on their decision process, or is it a pleasant environment, advertising, etc. Moreover, what type of boarding facility do consumers prefer. The first part of the thesis concentrates on the study of technical literature. The primary focus is on the consumer behaviour, gastronomy area, boarding from the general point of view, individual types of boarding facilities and on the marketing survey {--} design of the questionnaires, collection and evaluation of data. The practical solution of the bachelor thesis follows the theoretical background. The actual research is the prime concern of this part. The survey strategy is determined; the research problem, research targets and initial hypothesis are defined. The data collection method, the data collection placement, the way of interviewing and the range of data file is set. Next step is the questionnaire design. The personal interviewing was chosen as an optimal one. The data collection was situated in the South Bohemian region during the February 2007. The respondents were selected on the random selection basis. Acquired information were processed in the Microsoft Office Excel software, there the items was described in the tables and graphs. The survey conclusion and data evaluation describing the present boarding customs at boarding out of home was performed in the last part of the work.
The Business Plan for the Establishment of a Cafe in city Zbýšov

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a cafe offering breakfast in Zbýšov. The theoretical part deals with the description of basic concepts and starting points for establishing a company in the field of cafe, used standard analysis of strategic planning and business, including the structure of the business plan. The analytical part of the thesis includes the analysis of field, external and internal environment. The aim of the analyzes is to identify and evaluate the key factors for selecting a suitable strategy for a start-up company. The chosen strategy is elaborated in the draft part and is further elaborated into partial parts of the business plan.

The main intention of the diploma thesis is to analyze customers satisfaction in chosen company. Based on results of sectorial analyses are devise measures to improve the current situation. First part of the thesis desribes theoretical background. Evaluation of the company’s current state is done through the analysis of internal environment and macro and micro environment analysis. The current state of customer satisfaction level is also studied using a questionnaire. The final part includes specific suggestions for improvement of customer satisfaction.

The master thesis deals with marketing communication of a selected sport club in Brno. It is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part, defines the basic concepts that are necessary for the overall understanding of the topic. The second, analytical part, describes the current state of the sport club and includes marketing research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The last part contains suggestions for improvement of marketing communication on the basis of performed analyses and survey.

The thesis consists of theoretical knowledge, analytical bases of the internal and external environment, and part of the marketing research is the discovery of buying preferences. Based on this knowledge, the design part of the diploma thesis, including economic evaluation, is created.
Marketing strategy of selected subject

The goal of this work is to evaluate marketing strategy of FC Zbrojovka Brno. I used a questionnaire survey and interviews with employee of the club to reach my goal. From the survey I have discovered some shortcomings, that can be cause of the low attendance at home games of Zbrojovka. I have structured the evaluation according to marketing mix 7P. The biggest shortcomings I have discovered in the categories Product and Place and I have made a suggestion how to improve these and other imperfections. I hope this thesis will help to improve marketing strategy of FC Zbrojovka Brno and will raise the attendance.
