Diplomová práce se zabývá sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro založení kavárny s nabídkou snídaní ve Zbýšově. Teoretická část se zabývat popisem základních pojmů a východisek pro založení podniku v oboru kavárenství, užitých standardních analýz strategického plánování a podnikatelství včetně samotné struktury podnikatelského plánu. Analytická část obsahuje zpracování analýz z oblasti oborového, obecného a vnitřního prostředí. Cílem analýz je identifikace a zhodnocení klíčových faktorů pro výběr vhodné strategie pro začínající podnik. Zvolená strategie je vypracována v návrhové části a dále je rozpracována do dílčích částí podnikatelské plánu. The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a cafe offering breakfast in Zbýšov. The theoretical part deals with the description of basic concepts and starting points for establishing a company in the field of cafe, used standard analysis of strategic planning and business, including the structure of the business plan. The analytical part of the thesis includes the analysis of field, external and internal environment. The aim of the analyzes is to identify and evaluate the key factors for selecting a suitable strategy for a start-up company. The chosen strategy is elaborated in the draft part and is further elaborated into partial parts of the business plan.
