The target of this bachelor’s thesis „Optimizing the Production Process Using Lean Manufacturing“ is to apply lean philosophy in to manufacturing proces. In this thesis I focus my attention on Kanban, one of the possible lean philosophie’s. The structure is addicted to theoretical knowledge relating to this area on which basis I analyze and apply new optimalized concept in selected copany.

The diploma thesis focuses on the formulation of the concept of leadership. I would like to analyze what is the essence of the leadership and what forms can be found according to sources available. The comparison with real subjects in the management field shall take place. The thesis outcomes will present recommendations based on survey carried out. These recommendations should contribute to a more effective function of the company hand in hand with more satisfied employees.

This work deals with the managerial style a leader applies by managing. The aim of this thesis is to determine the managerial style asserted by leading managers of an engineering oraganization, assessment of satisfaction of their subordinates with this style of management, compared with other managers surveyed and drafting of measures to increase employee satisfaction with the manager and the company itself. Theoretical section summarizes the basic knowledge of the issue, practical part analysis of the results of the qustionnaire survey and the plan to improve the current situation.

It consists of three levels: the symbols, the behaviour rules and the standard living values. The corporate culture influences structure, management, content of employees and other components of company. The target of this work: To analyse the present state of affairs and to find out the level and the quality of corporate culture in the select subject to determinate the influence of corporate culture on organizational architecture in this subject, to suggest some management programme of changes on the basis of up-to date managerial approaches. The select subject is the firm Fezko Thierry - joint stock company which has its headquarters in Strakonice.
Modern Methods in Managerial Work and Managerial Style in a Chosen Company and Evaluation of Their Efficiency

The aim of the thesis is to perform an analysis of managerial methods; to characterize managerial style of the front office management and consider impact on the efficiency of the performed operations. The first part is theoretical {--} literal compilation which I composed of relevant literary sources competent to the chosen topic. In the second, analytical, part I dealt with analysis of two particular situations by observing and gaining information via questionnaire methods and interviews. According to the gained information, I evaluated management{\crq}s concept and its efficiency, I designed suitable managerial style. Finally, I evaluated the whole project economically.
The survey of the level of Czech management from the firm's leading point of view

Further finding of optimal managerial operation style, appreciation levels of service culture and determination aspects that affect on this . The research was made on the sample of 100 questionaire which was put in firms in different branches.
