Cílem práce je provést rozbor používaných metod řízení, charakterizovat styl řízení vedoucích pracovníků a posoudit dopad na efektivnost vykonávaných činností. První část práce je teoretická - literární rešerše, kterou jsem sestavil s použitím odborné literatury vztahující se k tématu. Ve druhé, analytické části jsem se zabýval rozborem dvou konkrétních situací, pozorováním a získáváním informací prostřednictvím dotazníkové metody a rozhovorů. Na základě zjištěných informací jsem zhodnotil způsob vedení a jeho účinnost, navrhl optimální styl řízení. Na závěr jsem pak celý projekt ekonomicky zhodnotil. The aim of the thesis is to perform an analysis of managerial methods; to characterize managerial style of the front office management and consider impact on the efficiency of the performed operations. The first part is theoretical {--} literal compilation which I composed of relevant literary sources competent to the chosen topic. In the second, analytical, part I dealt with analysis of two particular situations by observing and gaining information via questionnaire methods and interviews. According to the gained information, I evaluated management{\crq}s concept and its efficiency, I designed suitable managerial style. Finally, I evaluated the whole project economically.
