Marketing Communications of the Company

The subject of this thesis is a marketing communications of company. The work looks at the issue as a social phenomenon, as a form of contact with customers. Assumption for successful marketing communication is not only knowledge of customer needs and the use of various communication mix tools, but also building corporate identity. The first part deals with the general theory of communication and analyzes the various elements of the communication process. Theoretical introduction is the starting point for further interpretation of marketing communications. The second part points to a relationship between the corporate and marketing communications, focusing on the role of corporate culture and devote the tools of the communication mix.
The Diagnostic of communication in NGO

The quality of a communication in every organization is shown in a level of management and influence the relationship among co-workers. All at once has an impact to general organization habit and undermines the processes. Leaving the old concept of a management of organization, considering communication as a direction flow, leads to raise an awareness of a communication process itself as well as of its conditions. The diagnostic helps to recognize the current situation and identify the problematic processes displayed in a communication process flow. The theoretical part of this dissertation is devoted to the topic of an Organization and its development with reference to communication. This supports the empirical part of the dissertation where the diagnostic of an organization realized in non-profit market segment organization is presented. The research work is focusing on two communication layers and brings the knowledge of either a communication process or its significant aspects as of management, organizing, planning and working processes. The recommendation for either optimization or change follows after identifying the problematic processes of a communication. Importance of communication elements for management

The thesis deals with communication in managerial practice. The aim is to identify the importance managers attach to specific elements of communication. Each of us sees communications as natural and normal activity. However, communication should always correspond to what purpose is served and what style should be used. In conjunction with the management of activities is already communicating on a higher level with its specific aspects. Now setting effective communication is essential for the operation of the company, which alone can compete. Communication is also also an important part of company activities, since it is managerial communication significantly affects not only the prosperity of the company and its operations, but also employee satisfaction and the ability to motivate and to achieve the goals. Managerial communication also helps to manage communications managers and develop their skills. Outputs, which can be obtained by processing data can serve seam managers involved in the research, using data which we obtained via questionnaire. They can then apply not only in their work but also for other workers in the company.
Communication in chosen organization

The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the level of communication and the proposing of some changes that can result to the improvement of communicational processes.General communication process and its function in the organization is thoroughly described in the theoretical part of this thesis by means of literary resources.The practical part of the thesis focuses on the particular communication process in the firm named ABL Tools in Písek.The analysis is based on basic methods, such as: interrogation, observation and interviewing. Conclusions of the analysis and results will be provided to the manager of ABL Tools. These suggestions could be useful as a guideline to improve a current level of communication processes in the organization.
The Importance of Manager´s Communication

In the first chapter thesis explains the concept of management, personality and the role of manager. This thesis deals connection management and communication, thus the importance of communication skills manager. In the second chapter thesis explains with the basics of proper communication, interview strategies and proper critique. The third, main, chapter is devoted to conflict and their optimal managing, including prevention against them. The thesis includes advices, principles and soloutiouns some conflict situations in the workplace. The thesis includes verbal self-defense techniques, and inspiration for coping emotionally tense situations and gaining energy for the job. The gist of practical part is the qualitative research with managers or directors. The processed results show that quality of communication skills of managers is high and comply with their position. Communication is most important tool in their work, a reflection of the performance of them and their subordinates.
Marketing communications

This thesis deals with marketing communications. Describes marketing communication tools that are applied to the final consumer. The theoretical part focuses on the first part of the definition of marketing, its definition and historical development. The following section describes first general marketing communication and the communication process. Another part deals with various tools of communication mix. The last subchapter discusses the concept of product placement (PP). Characterizes the meaning of product placement, defines types and forms, and in the last part describes the situation regarding the placement of products on the Czech market. The research builds on the theoretical basis of the first chapter. It focuses primarily on product placement in the Czech Republic. It characterizes the product placement in TV shows and series. The second part of this work is focused on collecting and processing information regarding awareness abbreviated PP and that information are statistically tested. In the last chapter are results of research concluded, interpreted and evaluated.
The Importance of Manager ´s Communication

This Bachelor thesis focuses on defining the purpose of communication by using Communication scheme. This theory describes the basic principle of information transfer. The thesis explains the process of communication, how communication works, what influences it and what its functions and forms are. Important parts of communication which are focused on in this thesis are errors and barriers that occur in communicating and listening. The thesis also addresses the principles of successful communication. Managers need communication to influence individuals and groups, therefore achieving the objectives of their organization. The thesis also describes how oral and written communication is used in an organization together with modern means of communication, ecommunication. The second part, the practical part examines the question How has the role of communication changed in managerial work for organizations. In recent years there has been great technological development, which also brought new forms of communication in managerial work. The practical part explores how communication changed over the past 10 years in public administration - specifically in the Prague City Hall and Prague districts.
