Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vymezení účelu komunikace prostřednictvím tzv. schématu komunikace, který popisuje základní princip přenosu informací. Dále práce charakterizuje samotný proces komunikace, jakým způsobem probíhá a co ji vše ovlivňuje. Jaké jsou funkce, formy a druhy komunikace. Důležitou součástí komunikace je rovněž oblast sdělování a naslouchání, chyby, ke kterým při sdělování a naslouchání dochází, zásady úspěšné komunikace, bariéry v komunikaci Bez komunikace by totiž manažer nemohl ovlivňovat jedince, případně skupiny, a dosahovat tak cílů organizace. Dále práce popisuje, jakým způsobem probíhá ústní a písemná komunikace v organizaci a jakým způsobem jsou moderní komunikační prostředky využívány v organizaci při práci manažerů tzv. ekomunikace. Druhá část práce, praktická část, zkoumá otázku, jak se změnila role komunikace v organizaci pro práci manažera. V posledních letech došlo k velkému technologickému rozvoji, který s sebou nese i nové způsoby komunikace v manažerské práci. Výzkum zkoumá, jak se za posledních 10 let proměnila komunikace ve veřejné správě a to konkrétně na Magistrátu hlavního města Prahy a pražských Městských částech. This Bachelor thesis focuses on defining the purpose of communication by using Communication scheme. This theory describes the basic principle of information transfer. The thesis explains the process of communication, how communication works, what influences it and what its functions and forms are. Important parts of communication which are focused on in this thesis are errors and barriers that occur in communicating and listening. The thesis also addresses the principles of successful communication. Managers need communication to influence individuals and groups, therefore achieving the objectives of their organization. The thesis also describes how oral and written communication is used in an organization together with modern means of communication, ecommunication. The second part, the practical part examines the question How has the role of communication changed in managerial work for organizations. In recent years there has been great technological development, which also brought new forms of communication in managerial work. The practical part explores how communication changed over the past 10 years in public administration - specifically in the Prague City Hall and Prague districts.
