The theoretical part of my thesis concentrates on basic information about franchising and the pros and the cons of enterprise. This part of my thesis also includes an analysis of conditions for obtaining a franchise license, analysis of law and economic conditions for franchising in the Czech Republic and analysis of a franchise agreement. The practical part of my thesis consists of analysis of the franchise market, it also analyses the corporations, which already operate on domestic market and it also analyses specific case. The main target of the thesis is to evaluate thanks to using a specific research and the general pros and the cons and to find out if franchising is a good way to run a business for rookies. The final part of thesis contains general recommendations for entrepreneurs.

Development of the Company Through Franchising

This thesis deals with the development of IMJS s.r.o. company using franchising. The content of the thesis is the definition of theoretical basics dealing with the franchising type of business and individual analysis. After that the analysis of the current state of the company and the strategic analysis and the internal and external environment of the company are compiled. Then on in the practical part the pilot franchising concept of the company is created based on the analysis.
The Use of Franchising in the System Providing Health Care Services in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the usage possibilities of franchising within the scope of health care services provided in the Czech Republic. First part of the thesis concerns franchising in general, describes its principals, development, law regulation etc. Second part analyzes franchising market in the Czech Republic and subsequently identifies respective concepts that are active within the scope of health care services. In my opinion, based on the analysis performed and with respect to theoretical findings, due to specifics of health care services, franchising might represent a suitable form of cooperation only among selected types of these services. Recommended among the concepts available on our market within the scope of health care services are those, which according to my opinion have potential to become a successful business opportunity.
The Development of Franchising in the Czech Market

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to find out if it is possible to start a new successful franchise bussines in the fast food sector in the Czech Republic. It is a sector where a large number of strong franchise businesses are already operating. The theoretical part of the thesis presents general information on franchising with main focus on the establishment of franchised business and cooperation within the business. In the practical part of the thesis an existing gastronomic business Amour et Crepes is introduced. It is a company that has been operating in the fast food sector for a couple of years and is currently considering to expand its business through the method of franchising. On the basis of the conducted analysis an economic efficiency is assessed for both the Amour et Crepes as a potential franchisor and the future franchisee. It is further assessed what are the pros and cons and risk factors of franchise as a method of a business development for Amour et Crepes. The conclusion part of the thesis includes recommendation whether franchising is the right method for Amour et Crepes´s business development.
Franchising in gastronomy

The bachelor thesis deals with the expanded type of business franchising, which enables the entity to achieve a maximum of revenues with a minimum of costs. This thesis is focused on the well known company Ambiente. It is divided into two parts. The first part gives a detailed definition of franchising, briefly describes the history of franchising and explains the franchising system including its advantages and disadvantages for the franchisee and the franchisor. There are also explained the licenses, which are the basis for this type of business. This thesis is mainly focused on the Czech market, but it also includes a comparison to the Slovak market. The second part presents the company Ambiente and pays particular attention to the comparison between a franchisor and an independent company. In the conclusion, the results of the thesis are evaluated.

The Thesis Describes Setting Up of a New Branch and It States Preliminary Costs and Fees. It Discusses How to Select the Right Locality for the Branch. The Thesis Explains How the Franchisor Supports the Franchisee before, during and after Setting up the Branch. In the end there Is Summary which Evaluates Eligibility of Using the Franchising Method in the Fitness Area.
Evaluation of selected acquisitions Czech franchise concepts

This thesis is concerned with modern and dynamically developing worldwide business method that is called franchising. In this thesis are described three selected franchise concepts operating on the Czech market originally from the Czech Republic. Examined concepts are from the field of gastronomy and these concepts are Svejk Restaurant, Potrefena husa and The PUB. The opening part introduces theoretical basis and analysis of the Czech franchising market in the trade and service sector. In main part of this thesis is carried out an analysis of selected concepts and are examined objectives of the thesis. The main objective is to evaluate the economic and business efficiency of selected franchise concepts. To achieve this objective is used a comparative analysis of the concepts according to established criteria. The first partial objective is to determine interest of potential entrepreneurs about the selected concepts, which is identified by questionnaire. The second partial objective is to evaluate selected concepts and proposing of innovative processes.

This theses treats the question of business activities development of the company Adam Rujbr Architects s.r.o.. The company provides a complex range or architectural services including design and engineering and their aim is to be a respected, reliable and comprehensive service supplier. Based on analyses of the relevant company business information I have suggested a solution of further company development. My proposal includes suggestion of collateral business activities using a franchising model for run network of a multipurpose apartments.
