k diplomové práci "Právní aspekty franchisingu" Autor: Ondřej Anděl Právnická fakulta Univerzity Karlovy Katedra obchodního práva Klíčová slova: franchising, franchisová smlouva, franchisor, franchisanta Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou právní úpravy franchisového podnikání, které není v českém právním systému dosud upraveno. Se stále rostoucí oblibou tohoto druhu podnikání, by mohlo vzniknout jakési právní vakuum, které by mohlo zbrzdit rozvoj tohoto úspěšného modelu podnikání. Diplomová práce se snaží souhrnně podívat na problematiku franchisové smlouvy a obsáhnout základní náležitosti, které by smluvní strany měly věnovat právní úpravě těchto vztahů. Franchise contract is a complicated and comprahansive relation between franchisor franchisant and missing legal regulation can cause a lots of problems in fracnhise relation. This thesis describes the most important costitution, which have to be in every franchise contract.
