Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na metodický postup zavedení master franchisy. Na konkrétním trhu České republiky a trhu autoservisů specifikuje jednotlivé kroky při zavádění nové licence na trh. Obsahuje i konkrétní podnikatelský plán vypracovaný přímo na síť autoservisů působících pod jednou značkou. This diploma thesis focuses on the methodology introduction of master franchise. In a particular market Czech Republic and market with car services specifies the steps in the implementation of new licenses on the market. It also contains specific business plan drawn up directly to the network service stations operating under one brand.
