Sanitary facilities for football players with a dwelling
Dostál, Lukáš ; Jurutková, Zuzana (referee) ; Remeš, Josef (advisor)
The project consists of social facilities for a football field. It is a two-story object, which has a supporting system consisting of ceramic blocks and concrete-ceramic ceiling. The building roofing is created by a a flat walking roof and a mono-pitched roof. The project is divided into three operating parts. The main part is formed by dressing rooms with social facility for football players with rehabilitation - sauna, the second part includes a field custodian apartment and the third part is represented by social facilities for visitors.
Discretely normed orders of quaternionic algebras
A v neposlední řadě důkaz existence nekonečně mnoha různých maximálních řádů kvaternionové algebry. Výsledky uvedené v této diplomové práci budou dále publikovány ve vědeckém článku.
MULTI-PARAMETER MTS AND SED CRITERION APPLIED ON A CRACK IN AN ALKALI-ACTIVATED CONCRETE SPECIMEN UNDER MIXED-MODE LOADING
Malíková, Lucie ; Miarka, Petr ; Simonová, H.
The paper is devoted to an analysis of a crack propagation in a semi-circular concrete specimen under three-point bending. I+II mixed-mode loading is ensured via an inclined crack. Crack deflection angle is investigated by means of the generalized/multi-parameter form of the Maximum Tangential Stress (MTS) criterion and Strain Energy Density (SED) criterion as well as experimentally. The multi-parameter fracture mechanics concept applied in this work is based on the approximation of the crack-tip stress field by means of the Williams series expansion (WE). It has been proved that this approach can help to describe crack behavior in some kinds of materials better than the classical (one-parameter: stress intensity factor) fracture mechanics. This conclusion is discussed also in this paper.
Reflection of the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in Life Stories of Psychologists
Horčáková, Jarmila ; Wohlmuth Markupová, Jana (advisor) ; Hlaváček, Jiří (referee)
The thesis presents the profession of psychoanalytic psychotherapy as reflected by representatives of the field. Through biographical narratives, I have attempted, together with the narrators, to identify moments and events in thein lives that may have had a decisive influence on thein choice of profession and also to describe thein professional development. At the same time, I tried to presented thein occupation in more details including the fact how it affects thein personal lives. From a methodological point of view, the thesis is primarily based on the biographical narratives of five narrators, most of whom have more than ten years of experience in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
Ochrana rajčat ve skleníkových a polních podmínkách
Mokrá, Kristýna
The main aim of my bachelor thesis was to evaluate the infection of several varieties of edible tomato by pathogens in one locality, in a greenhouse, and under field conditions. The next step was to compare the obtained results with the results of the infection at the nearest observation point of ÚKZÚZ. The attention was paid to the cultivated varieties Zlatava, Blueberry, Start F1 and to the determined pathogens such as Alternaria spp., Fulvia fulva and Phytophthora infestans. The survey was conducted in 2020 in a private garden. Tomatoes were monitored during the growing season according to BBCH phases and parts infected by pathogens were evaluated according to the Methodology of utility value tests of ÚKZÚZ. The infected parts were cultured on a PDA in a laboratory, followed by the determination of pathogens using a laboratory microscope. The results of infection of individual pathogens on the selected variety in a specific environment were evaluated and expressed in a graphical representation.
Factors determining distribution of species in dry grasslands
Průchová, Dana ; Münzbergová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Hadincová, Věroslava (referee)
Factors determining distribution of species in semi-natural grasslands Survival and colonization of plant species in fragmented landscapes are topic of many recent studies. Most of them deal with one or just a few species or with overall species diversity. There are also a lot of studies devoted to the effect of abiotic characteristics and other parameters of fragmented habitat patches. Studies that would enable to evaluate behaviour of a large number of individual species are still relatively rare, especially in case of grassland species. Comparison of species traits in conjunction with the knowledge of type of historical land use and abiotic requirements of species can be a key to understanding of current species dispersal and their regional dynamic in fragmented landscape. This method of prediction of species dispersal can be a good implement for landscape planning and conservation of species and also their habitats. Goal of my thesis was to determine which traits of species influence response of species on land-use history in fragmented habitat of dry grasslands. I tried to use effect of land-use history without effect of environmental factors on species composition in phytosociological relevés. Then I tried to explain the reaction of species through their traits. I focused partially on traits...
Farming robot R4Farmer
Hurt, Tomáš ; Pergel, Martin (advisor) ; Holan, Tomáš (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to propose a robotic farmer emulator. After designing this toolkit, we focus on algorithms solving particular problems related to the use of such a robot. Mainly we attach the question of a route planning during the field processing (while ploughing, seeding and irrigating). The project should help with a design of a real robot which is being designed separately by other colleagues. It should help with the study of feasibility and eliminate particular risks of economic loss (caused by move of a real robot on a field - or outside of it).
Myodynamics of the support phase during different take-off tasks in human locomotion
Hojka, Vladimír ; Jelen, Karel (advisor) ; Otáhal, Jakub (referee) ; Kampmiller, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Myodynamics of the support phase during different take-off tasks in human locomotion Objectives: Six types of take-off movement were analyzed in terms of support limb kinematics, take-off dynamics and muscle activation, in order to identify differences in motor control. Methods: 14 male athletes (22.6 ± 4.4 years; 182.4 ± 5.3 cm; 74.7 ± 6.2 kg) took part in laboratory experiment. Each athlete performed six different take-off movements (running, acceleration - first and second step, long jump take-off, high jump take-off and take-off to the hurdle). System Qualisys was used to analyze kinematics of the support limb. Dynamic of the suport phase was measured with Kistler 9281 EA force- plate. ME6000 apparatus was used to measure the muscle activation. Results were processed and statistically evaluated in Matlab (MathWorks, Inc) environment. Pair ANOVA, T-test and Friedmann test were performed to identify differences between take-off movements. regression analysis was introduced to find the relationship between parameters. Results: Significant differences in take-off dynamics are realized with not so significant differences in kinematic and electromyographic parameters. high jump and long jump take-offs acted most specifically in comparison with other types of take-offs. Two typically...
