Geometry Correction of a Prototype Part using the Reverse Engineering Technology
Smejkal, Martin ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis summarises some modern engineering technologies, namely Reversed Engineering, Rapid Prototyping and Soft-tooling. The Theory chapter describes the mentioned technologies in details and an extra attention is paid to those used in the Experimental chapter. The Experimental chapter summarises steps involved in a prototype part manufacturing. Specifically, in this thesis the method of Reversed Engineering includes 3D scanning followed by smoothing and adjusting of the obtained point cloud in the GOM Inspect V8 software. The final 3D CAD model is obtained in the Catia software. For the Rapid Prototyping the 3D CAD model was 3D printed using the FDM technology. The obtained 3D printed master model was used to prepare a silicone mould that was subsequently used to create an identical part by the method of Soft-tooling. The original part and parts obtained by 3D printing and moulding were compared in the GOM Inspect V8 software by the method of Surface Analysis.
On the digitizing and modeling of real surfaces for machining
Šnejdar, Martin ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the procedures of the digitizing and modeling of real surfaces for machining. The work includes technological procedures and individual phases of the process leading to acquisition of resultant surface. The aim of this work is familiar with the procedures and phases in reverse engineering, which is demonstrated on a particular example using the Mathematica software.
Microcontroller based system for voice transfer
Kapitančik, Maroš ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this thesis have to introduce us with digitalized transmission of speech with limited data flow and construct device witch can comunicate on this level. Theoretical part is describing base creation of sound human preception and issues with digitizing. Proposed device uses hardware codec VS1063a. Coding is applied with IMA ADPCM. Scale of incoming analog audio signal can be up to 4kHz. Inside system is controled by microcontroler, witch take care about others parts. For comunication with other moduls is used wireless transceivers module. Software part describes confuguration and selected options of every individual part. Next is explained principle of entire system. For comunication was implemented packet data structure. This implementation raised data flow but saved error state in transmit.
System for stones counting
Krajíček, Pavel ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
My bachelor thesis themed System for stones counting deals with a question of object recognition from a picture. This thesis enlarges on a suitable type of lighting during taking pictures of stones followed with methods of objects recognition. In the last phase an amount of stones occured in the picture is determined from recognized objects.
Methods 3D laser scanning workpieces in process plan
Šnajdárek, Ladislav ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Opl, Miroslav (advisor)
This work is aimed at problem of 3D laser scanning workpieces as one of possibility post - procedural verification. After the presentation of philosophy for obtaining 3D shape of body follows diagnosis of the chief components these scanners. After it follows a himself division of scanners and diagnosis single types.
Design of replicated production of the selected part using the technology Reverse Engineering and Rapid prototyping
Kolář, Jakub ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This study has been as a diploma project at BUT. Theoretical part describes the most used methods in Reverse engineering and Rapid Prototyping. Each method describes its characteristics, usability and pros and cons in general. Practical part of this study deals with application of these methods. Goal of this work has been to obtain a digital model of a winker from Škoda 1000 car using optical scanner ATOS, making a new master model in CATIA software, analyzing its dimensions compared to the scanned model and choosing a suitable manufacturing technology with emphasis on functional properties of this component.
Central Military Archives as information system
Pýcha, Josef ; Vlasák, Rudolf (advisor) ; Procházka, Milan (referee)
SUMMARY: The aim of the thesis is to define a development and contemporary status of the Central Military Archives as a information system. It describes the entire information cycle of a document from its origin through the deposition at the department of conservation, in the administrative and final archive at last. It shows Central Military Archives and its importance as a significant entity in the field of digitization. Finally the thesis analyses the issues of implementation of the system of electronic record services. [Author's abstract]
Progress in digitizing of television broadcasting in Czech and Slovak Republic at the example of sport channels ČT4 Sport and Trojka
Kalemba, Jiří ; Němcová Tejkalová, Alice (advisor) ; Gerbery, Juraj (referee)
Diploma thesis "Progress in digitizing of television broadcasting in Czech and Slovak Republic at the example of ČT4 Sport and Trojka" deals with contemporary status of analogue to digital broadcasting changeover. Its goal is to explore and compare this difficult process in two countries - Czech and Slovak Republic. For detailed results of this comparison there will also be analysis of two digital sport channels - ČT4 Sport and Trojka - in my diploma thesis. Both channels belong to public broadcasters. This diploma thesis intends to notice, describe and explain all differences found throughout the analysis.
Design of replicated production of the selected part using the technology Reverse Engineering and Rapid prototyping
Horňák, Matúš ; Zouhar, Jan (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This diploma thesis in theoretical part describes methods of Reverse engineering and Rapid prototyping. Each method describes its characteristics, pros and cons and usability. Practical part deals with application of these methods on part of a ledge of Škoda 1000 MB, digitalization of object, creating a new volume model, analyzing its dimensions and geometry using deviation analysis, creating prototype, choosing suitable manufacturing technology and technical-economical aspects.
