How do teachers communicate in a professional context in terms of reporting, informing, administration. The concept of management, classroom management, what is the relationship of classroom management and school management. It explains the concept of competence, teacher competence, and further deals with one teacher's competence and that is communication. It presents the results of interviews and questionnaires about teachers and principals' communication in terms of informing, reporting and administration. It compares data obtained through interviews with teachers of kindergartens and primary schools with data obtained from questionnaires for directors of kindergartens and primary schools.
