Diplomová práce se zabývá interakcí začínajících učitelů primární školy se žáky. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké strategie předcházejí nekázni, a srovnat postupy začínajících a zkušených učitelů. V neposlední řadě práce projednává problematiku řízení třídy a etiky učitelského povolání. This diploma thesis deals with novice primary teachers' interaction with pupils. The aim of the thesis is to find out which strategies prevent lack of discipline and to compare methods of novice teachers with experienced teachers. It also deals with classroom management and teachers' ethics.
