As Street level bureaucracy, they implement the care policy for at-risk youth. I set myself the main goal of the work. I elaborated the main goal into sub-research questions that deal with tools, strengths of the system, barriers, opportunities for curators to participate in policy making, the identification of curators with the current direction of the system, and I further find out whether curators have sufficient conditions for the performance of their profession. I also set two sub- goals. The first deals with the possibilities of innovation and improvement of the entire system, for example through examples of good practice or inspiration abroad. The second one investigates how the problems of recent times have been reflected in the performance of the curator's activities. The theoretical starting points of the work are the theory of...

The thesis deals with the proffessional development at a selected high school and attitude towards it, to identify possible barriers to their proffessional development and on the basis of the findings to propose measures for improvement. Attitude means their relationship to professional development. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the issue. In the empirical part, the author uses a qualitative approach with a case study design and analyses the results of semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions. The research sample consists of 8 teachers of the selected secondary school and the headmistress of the school. Finally, the author summarizes the findings, compares her findings with other research, and lists the benefits and limitations of the work. Based on the results of the research, she submits recommendations for practice that reacts many of the barriers identified by respondents. The results of the research show that teachers develop professionally to varying degrees and consider development to be a natural part of their work. They identify barriers such as lack of time or lack of motivation from management. Management then perceives the financial burden and inappropriate timing of training events as a barrier. The worrying results are related to the fact that...

Implementation Barriers and Facilitators in Suicide Prevention Interventions: Implementation Analysis Optics
Kasal, Alexandr ; Nekola, Martin (advisor) ; Dragomirecká, Eva (referee) ; Čermáková, Pavla (referee)
Introduction: This dissertation addresses the issue of implementation barriers and facilitators of suicide prevention measures in the context of the field of public and social policy. Implementation barriers and facilitators can be identified across the whole implementation process. This paper seeks to identify them in published scientific studies and contextualize them for the Czech environment through expert group interview. The thesis uses two theoretical frameworks, the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) and the Conceptual Framework for Implementation Analysis (CFIA). The thesis simultaneously questions the suitability of these frameworks to achieve the aforementioned objectives and the possibility of synthesising these frameworks. Methods: Systematic literature review and group expert interview were conducted. The thesis applies the frameworks mentioned above to structure the results, with the CFIA serving as a supporting framework to categorize the results of the group expert interview that could not be assigned to the CFIR framework. Results: 63 relevant studies containing 239 implementation barriers and 405 implementation facilitators were identified through a systematic review. These were unevenly distributed across CFIR domains and constructs. In total, thirteen...

ALFÖLDI, Dita
The bachelor thesis focuses on communication barriers between kindergarten teachers and parents of children. The aim of the thesis is to find out what barriers prevent the establishment of a partnership relationship between teachers and parents and what pitfalls affect the relevant transfer of information about children and events in kindergarten. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept of communication in general, its characteristics, division, actors of communication, principles of effective communication, methods of communication in kindergarten and deals with possible causes of unsuccessful communication on the part of the teacher and on the part of the parent. The practical part explores through a quantitative research investigation the most common methods of communication between educator and parent, identifies the barriers to communication and looks for possible solutions to prevent and remove the barriers found. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the biggest barrier in communication is the lack of time, which hinders the transfer of information between the two actors. The most frequent and most popular form of communication for teachers and parents is face-to-face meetings.
